Rooms either side were noisy with doors constantly opening and closing all night so not sure if I was in the area that had rooms sharing a bathroom or something

Only downside the bar was loud until quite late, so sleep was disrupted: but the bar was a great place to meet with a live band,

The room was very basic for the price. The noise from the bar was very loud at night. Our TV was glitchy and would turn itself off continuously. A kitchen of some sort would have been good, even a shared kitchen would be handy. Some carpeted areas of the retreat have a strong unpleasant odour, likely from people bringing snow and moisture in on their shoes.

The accomodation was an easy walk to the village. It was handy having the option to hire ski supplies in the same building. Free continental breakfast was great, saved us having to organise one meal of the day. Despite the cold environment the room was nice and warm.

Room was tiny. Bunk beds were so noisy whenever anyone moved it was so loud. We were on bottom floor near toilets that people used when at the pub. Talking and laughing so loudly midnight a few times

The stairwell stunk, especially heading up to the fourth floor, and the games room also reeked. We were left scrambling to organise dinner when the restaurant was closed for a private function on our second night without notice having been given to the guests. With kids who were tired this made things very difficult. The tea/coffee making facilities were not in the room as advertised. The refreshment station was a great idea, but there were no coffee mugs.

The continental breakfast was excellent - lots of variety. The accommodation was compact but well laid out, including space to hang our ski gear. Location was very close to the village, however we did have a bit of a trek to get to where the kids' ski lessons were held. The games room kept the kids entertained for a while and we loved the ambience of the bar. Ski hire was very easy.

Our room was next to the kids games room that was not pleasant at all. For the price we paid the breakfast could be better. The rooms decor and facilities are dated and needs quite a bit of maintenance.

TV was not working and thats quite a bummer. Room was small and coffee making facilities were actually a few floors up in a communal pantry which was not described accurately in listing.

Location was good and staff were friendly snd helpful. Only thing was room was alot smaller than pictured and had a smell when we first entered. Listing stated there were coffee making facilities but this is not accurate. The coffee making facilities were in a communal pantry in the hotel not in the rooms. TV totally didn't work.

Our room didn’t have a bathroom; the shared bathroom in level 4 does not have enough lighting especially the shower is very dark.

Location to the lift and village, complimentary continental breakfast, ski hire in the hotel and the restaurant with reasonable good food so we didn’t have to walk out for dinner in the cold at night.

Some of the staff in our initial 2 days appeared grumpy and that they were inconvenienced by us staying. It was unwelcoming and not a nice start to our holiday. Final two days staff on duty changed and we're absolutely lovely. Engaging and happy to help.

The location is just nice, not too far away from the main area. When the snow start falling, it went straight to our balcony. It was such a wonderful exprience.
