The cleaning could have been a bit better, but we pointed this out to the management team and they sent someone around.

The location was great, and the view from the bedroom was really good. The apartment was well appointed with a good kitchen and laundry facilities. The Aldi was just around the corner for essentials.

Unfortunately the property did not meet our expectations regarding cleanliness and value for money. A bit run down with broken lights and dirty carpets, dirty furniture.

The location was great, easy to access by public transport, close to great restaurants.

Unfortunately, it is located just next to the Sydney Police Station so there was so siren noise at night. Not too bad though.

Great location, with ALDI and restaurants close by. Great facilities provided in the apartment, including washing machine, dryer, heaps of cooking materials and even a yoga mat. Very friendly receptionists who helped us when there was an issue.

I didn’t realise there wasn’t a stove. Mop was broken so unable to mop the floor. Can opener was difficult to use.

Keep an eye on wifi (as previous review said) dropped out and we had no idea and were using up our data (fixed same day so very prompt). Be mindful it's next to Police Station, so there'll be the occasional siren/s day or night

the washing machine rubber seal is slimy with mould and needs proper cleaning and that it needs to be left open for this not to happen - went to use it and the smell overwhelmed me.

Beautiful apartment. Great location. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops but just down a quiet street so not noisy. Apartments have everything you need. Spotless, comfortable beds, great showers and roomy. 25 min walk down to opera house via park and shops. Wonderful stay 10 out of 10

Issues: - The bedroom sleeping condition. The blinds do not block out the light. The bedrooms face the police station which has lights on all night, and then the morning sun also makes the room very very bright by 5am. - The wifi was unusable. It was so slow that we couldn't even load emails. The internet also dropped out for entire days. - The silver door stops installed on the ground, particularly the main bathroom/laundry door stop, are hazardous. One of our guests bruised their foot from it being in the walking path. - The showers and toilets needed more cleaning attention. - The blinds in the main area looked to be installed the wrong way, as we could not see out at night, but you could see in from the balcony clear as day. Small issues: - The fans in the bathroom are located in a weird spot where the steam fills the entire bathroom before it reaches the fan creating a moisture box. - The guest bathroom shower doesn't seem to drain very well, which then floods the bathroom.

- Having 2 full size bathrooms, 2 balconies, a European laundry and full kitchen. - Secure building making for a safe environment. - Great location to walk, bus, train around Sydney. - Starter amounts of amenities was enough for the expected 4 people for the 4 nights.

Some items in the apartment need to be cleaned better. Wifi does not reach some of the rooms and sometimes not working well.

Nice location - with nearby grocery store, clinic and chemist warehouse, walkable to bus stops. Easy checkin and checkout. Washer and dryer are not so big but still useful to us. Easy to use the elevator as it seems there's not much people in the building and there are only 2 units per floor. Host is responsive.

Internet wasn't initially working, but fixed promptly. Shower in one bathroom also needed fixing, but fixed while we were out - thank you. Carpet a little outdated but fine.

Location is very convenient. Easy access to George Street and downtown via bus or a short walk to Museum Station. Brand new cutlery and pots/pans. Everything we needed.
