We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The cabins we had were perfect size for 2 families .loved the bush setting .kids loved the nearby playground. Staff were very friendly and gave us some good insight into attractions we were seeing. Even got to check in early as we arrived way early but cabins were ready ..

New ZealandWe booked a twin room. When we arrived only one bed was made up so we had to do it. In addition there was a message posted on the bathroom wall like "to save the environment please hang up your towels as the room will not be serviced during your stay". We therefore had one towel each for 4 days. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. Had it been we would likely have gone elsewhere. Also the TV was inoperable and all we could get was a "no signal" display.
The location was good being situated close to Cowes, the main town and the GP Circuit which was the purpose of our visit. The room was the smallest I have ever experienced in years of travel.
