The water in the shower, keeps running hot and cold while using it. Sign at the front not visible at night, can be easily missed.

Nothing all was great.

Great for a family of adults that needed a place to stay for a night. The room was great, ceiling fans in bedrooms would have made it nicer to sleep at night.

The apartment was advertised as air conditioned but the airconditioning was only in the lounge room. This was false advertising as we expected the entire apartment to be airconditioned. The weather was hot and this made our stay uncomfortable. Would not stay again in hot or cold weather....

Beds were excellent. Very spacious. Had everything we needed except airconditioning throughout the apartment.

Although it was very warm, we were provided with a fan for one room and a portable air con for the other, the air con worked very well, however was quite noisy.

We had a power outage (no fault of apartment), I was travelling with a special need participant, the lovely irish/french fellows staying at the other front apartment across the driveway, came and checked on us and we all hung out until electricity returned. They were amazing and very inclusive with my participant. Made our one night stay very enjoyable. Apartment was lovely & clean. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Not really a dislike but the pool looked nicer in photos than in person - wasn’t sure if it had been cleaned and no shade made it a bit too hot for the kids to swim.

A few teatowels and kitchen supplies would be great. And stop some neighbours from making loud noises when your trying to sleep. But all else was great.

That we had to contact booking.com to get our keys to the apartment & was not given any info about the place not having the reception open for check in. Poor communication from there end.

It was big enuf for 5 people to stay in 1 apartment.

Convenient for our needs, but it was a bit out of the main town centre. Easy booking and check-in (self check-in) process. Fairly basic, but that's what we expected for the price. Good value for our needs for a 2br apartment.

Property needs an upgrade. I like to sit in bed and read no bed lamps only one bedside table. Television very small. Unable to access power outlet in bedroom as behind desk. Extra power points with today's technology required. Comfortable stay. Thanks

Not much communication from staff prior to the day before. I asked a question was left unanswered.

The metal staircase outside our bedroom window. The person above us clattering up and down it at all hours of the night kept us awake. The couches need upgrading as they are grotty and uncomfortable.

Great location. Close to city centre. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. The 2 bathrooms came in handy.

We found 1 of the beds to be fully uncomfortable, we had a group of 6 couples and found that not all of us could sit on the lounges together. If we had kids also with us it wouldn't have been comfortable. There was no rail to assist with entry/exit for the pool (this isn't a complaint mainly recommendation). The front double bed room was great though the light outside made it a little hard to sleep.

Amenities, pool, accomodation space, overall it was a great experience. Parking facilities. Location was pretty central to everything. We will definitely be looking at returning here in next time we are in the area 🙂 100%!!! Thank you Amberoo!!

Swimming pool was quite small without poolside shade.

Large apartment with well-appointed kitchen and decent-sized bedrooms. Close (but not too close) to Tamworth shopping. On-site parking. Fuss-free key collection.

Easy check in. Large, cool, tidy unit. Bed was very comfortable. Great location for us during country music week. Excellent off street parking. Communication was through Cindy who was lovely & helpful. Will be back for sure.
