We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very functional, lots of parking and close to shops etc. and a great place to stay with a group of friends!

Australiathis venue could be a four star if they upgraded the Manchester. eg bed linen and towels which definitely needed upgrading. Also bed linen needs to be professionally laundered and blankets and eiderdowns are very outdated and not very hygienic. better arrangement is a doona between professionally la7ndered sheets
the size of the apartment and that the two bedrooms each had a bathroom also great that the bedrooms were on either end of the apartment with the lounge and kitchen in the middle. definitely a great arrangement for friends travelling together rather than a couple.

AustraliaNot enough shampoo etc for a 5 bedroom apartment. The floors seemed like they weren't cleaned as there was rubbish under the beds. Flys on window sill. Beds had grass seeds inside when turned back so some of our guest didnt feel comfortable sleeping under the covers.
