I just felt the bed was way tooo soft. Had terrible body pain for a few days. Just not me but my wife as well.

Our room was lrg by Sydney standard. Just wish there had been an ice machine on our floor so we didn't have to call the front desk every evening to deliver it to our room. Great location and the staff was wonderful. Would certainly stay there again.

We upgraded to a bigger room this time but it was not as comfortable as a standard room, and we did not get a bottle of wine which we usually get for a special occasion.

We have stayed at the Amora many times, but on this occasion we were a little disappointed with the so called upgraded room. Otherwise, great as always with location, transport access for metro, train and ferry, resturants, etc.

I didn't like the fact that the room was not set up for 3 adults. Even though that's what I booked. So not 3 of things such as coffee mug and wine glass, towels etc. I also didn't like the fact that I was not told about validating my parking so I could get out of the car park during my visit. This meant I was stuck and had to back my car down ramp, come back into hotel and then start my journey again.

I like the location of hotel. I like the bathroom layout. Room well equiped.

The room did look across to an office block so didn't seem particularly private at first. But once they all went home (and the following morning was a public holiday so no one was there) this wasn't a problem.

Well located hotel, very quiet location. Good sized room (38m2) on 29th floor so water 'glimpses' both up and down the harbour. Comfy chairs by the window and a good sized coffee table meant there was room to relax. Well equipped, clean and large bathroom with both a good shower and full bath.

The buffet breakfast was very limited and basic. Coffee, pancakes and other better breakfast items were charged separately. Queen bed was 2 single beds put together so it wasn't the most comfortable.

The hotel room and bathroom was very pleasant to stay in. Lovely service and also very clean bathrooms.

Early in the morning the corridor outside our room was a bit noisy, with people going in and out of the doors next to ours, which disturbed our sleep.

The location was excellent. An easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was well laid out and comfortable. We loved the views! The porter was friendly and helpful, which was lovely.

The concierge was fantastic. Opened the door and took my soaking umbrella and looked after my dripping mess. At all times were greeted in a professional but friendly manner.

Seafood linguine at the Croft restaurant was somewhat bland. Needed more flavour, like chilli flakes or something. The sauna at the pool area was too cold, I didnt even break a sweat. The sauna need repair/a look at to check if its working properly.

The bathroom in the room was beautiful, so spacious and luxe. The room was also quite big and there was a king bed which was amazing. The pool area was also great, for the most part, but a bit busy. The steam room, pool and spa were great at the pool.

Stained bath towel; broken door handle on bathroom; no complimentary chocolates or anything for guest birthday despite hotel confirming upon booking that yes they could meet such a special request. Also no menu/room service.

The water pressure wasn't fantastic and my room was supposed to have a bath but did not. The milk provided was tiny little pottles of UHT and did not taste good. Bring your own bottled water too if thats what you like as it was only available at a cost in the mini bar.

Great location, comfortable bed and decent size room with views across the park. Room completely noise proof and black out curtains meaning great sleep.

Bed was extremely comfortable and location suited our purpose for this short stay. We didnt use the remainder of the hotel facilities. Staff happily assisted us to check in earlier after our inbound overseas flight. We just needed to sleep.

The overnight temp was a bit too warm and it was difficult to turn down the air con. I asked for some toothpaste but it never arrived.
