The unit numbering was difficult to follow. We expected Reception to be for our unit, but, our unit was privately run and Reception had no control. It was a little difficult to only have written instructions which only explained a little of what we wanted to know.

The layout of the apartment was great. The facilities in the apartment were very good.

Nothing it was a fantastic place to stay. Just be aware it’s on 3rd floor and there are no lifts and the key is picked up from a local real estate agent rather than reception. This should not deter anyone unless you have mobility issues. 100% recommend.

The location, size of one bed apartment, view over pool from balcony, the pool and spa, how clean and nicely presented the apartment was., secure allocated parking. Well equipped kitchen and good sized TV in lounge and a second TV in bedroom. Spa bath and separate shower in bathroom,I would give it 11 out of 10 if that was possible.

Stairs ...3 flights to carry bags up that was hard with heavy suitcases if you were alot Elderly it would be impossible otherwise once you got there was a Wonderful View , seriously needs a Lift

Good-sized balcony overlooking pool. The lagoon style pool was clean, good temperature and spacious. The location was excellent, being close to the few local shops and restaurants. The room was well-designed, comfortable and clean.

Very spacious apartment with everything needed. Nice balcony. Great pool with lots of deck chairs. Close to everything in Palm Cove. Excellent WiFi.

Couldn't find any faults.. just bear in mind it's on third floor so need to walk up the stairs and we had to pick up keys from agency as its a privately owned apartment but only 500m away.

Perfectly located and the apartment was very modern with everything you needed. Resort was quiet and gardens immaculately maintained. Definitely recommended and would come back. Bed was huge.

The apartment is a bit dated and could do with a more comfortable lounge suite. The clothes horse/airer was very rusty and definitely needs relaxing. It left rust stains on some of our clothes. Basic items were present which was great but there were no hand towels and no spare toilet paper. We had a service mid stay and more items were provided that were missing when we first arrived. Although the apartment was very clean, the balcony and outside table were not and the barbecue was dirty.

Beautiful location across the road from the beach in lovely well maintained gardens. A lovely and large pool too with many loungers to sit on. The apartment was small though comfortable and well equiped. It was very clean inside and the resort was quiet. Liked the privacy and security as only guests could enter the property with their own pass key. We had a service mid stay which was great. Have been coming to Palm Cove for many years and never knew this resort was so lovely. I had thought it would be noisy and very busy but it wasn’t. Would definitely stay here again.

The Mantra resort itself attracted a lot of young families during school holidays, so it was often noisy with children. Also, the spa was often dominated by small children and people not keeping to the 15-minute rule.

Excellent proximity to the beach and town. Kitchen was fully equipped and even included pantry staples such as olive oil, salt and pepper. Bed was comfy and bathroom facilities were very satisfactory.
