Everything was absolutely perfect, so clean and tidy. Beautiful decor and style. Peaceful and tranquil. Dogs loved exploring and sniffing out the cows. 100% would go back again.

I absolutely loved this farm/property. It was so nicely presented, relaxing and comfortable. The views were exceptional and loved the visit from the herd of 10 cows most days. I can't rave about it enough, I hope to visit again one day. The bottle of wine, chocolates, bottled water and milk were such a lovely welcoming touch. If you are wanting a relaxing peaceful stay with lovely views then definitely stay in this property. My 2 dogs also loved staying here, we had a great time :)

The view was amazing. Lots of beautiful touches and had a relaxing and inviting feel. A personal note, wine and the heater on made us feel so welcome. It was lovely to walk around the property and see cows, sheep and goats.

I felt welcomed the minute I drove through the gate. The cottage was warm and cosy and spotlessly clean. The complimentary milk, wine, water & chocolates were a lovely touch. The view was spectacular & the place was peaceful.

Bathroom was a bit squeezy. It would have been helpful to be provided with instructions for the comprehensive shower/spa/radio.

The studio was really tastefully decorated and well appointed, with everything that you would possibly need for a short stay, full kitchen, toiletries washing machine and dryer, BBQ and fire pit with supply of wood and fire starters. The studio set apart from the farmhouse creating a very private space with beautiful views across the valley. A perfect romantic getaway , very welcoming. And only a few minutes from Balingup town. Nice bush walks nearby. Host was very accessable by phone/ email to answer queries.

I was lucky to make a last moment booking at a very affordable rate while the whole area appeared to be fully booked. The place is great and the hosts were nice to me by providing a complementary bottle of wine and a bottle of milk. As I was visiting a mining site in Greenbushes, I was not able to taste the wine but I believe it was as good as the property :)

The shower, WC, and access to the comfortable bed are all a little tight.

The cabin and our experience was well above average: new, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped (incl. reverse cycle air-con, coffee pod machine, comfortable bed, wifi) and stocked (teas, coffees, milk, and a complimentary bottle of good wine). We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the paddocks, trees, ponds, and distant hills (the cabin is in an exceptionally beautiful and peaceful rural setting) and a night sitting around the fire pit (firewood provided).

Delightful unit with everything we needed for our getaway with exceptionally clean outdoor area. Hosts were easy to contact and even warmed the unit up for our arrival (chilly weekend!). We will definitely be visiting again.

Yard wasn't as secure as it could have been which meant we couldn't leave the dog alone outside

There was a bottle of wine and a litre of milk already in the fridge when we arrived and air conditioner was turned on so the place was nice and cool. Plenty of loo paper and toletries were made available for our use. Kitchen was stocked with the basics - cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment, even coffee pods and nice instant coffee Bed was comfortable with plenty of spare bedding as it got cool at night

Anahita Studio was ideal for our 3 night stay. It was clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. It is in a nice, quiet location, close to Balinyup. The heating had been turned on prior to our arrival, so the studio was warm and inviting. The wine and chocolates were appreciated.

Wonderful views on a serene location on a farm. Very comfortable bed. Janet switched on the heating before we arrived on a cold wet day so it was very welcoming. You can walk down to the marron ponds and listen to the wind in the trees and the sound of water. The track to flora racecourse reserve walks starts just outside the farm turn off. Wonderful place to recharge. There is no internet so you also get a digital detox. Definitely recommend.
