The room wasn't the cleanest, plus it smelled like the room has been abandoned for a few years , the room could do with some tlc.

There was a sky light in the bedroom!! Not ideal when you're on holidays and don't want to wake up at the crack of dawn.

The price was high for what you got.

There was a lady on the unit beside us smoking on the Varanda, and I had my kids with me and I absolutely hate to expose my kids to that

Lovely setting, very quiet, facilities available at the venue, dining, bar pool etc. Cleaning staff very helpful. Unit was well appointed, enclosed sunroom, outlook onto pond and very spacious. Would definitely return to this venue.

The property is located outside of Yamba. There is an on-site restaurant, but otherwise, you need to drive into town for supplies or dinner.

Spacious apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor sitting area that is enclosed with flywire. The staff recommended visiting the Angourie Rock Pools, and having a drink at The Pacific Hotel to watch the sunset, and then dinner at El Ocaso, with fantastic Italian food.

A bummer to see young kids in the jacuzzi, obviously with their parents, but that is why they have their own pool area to play in. So you can't really enjoy the adults only area. Suggest that the staff monitor this more often. You can hear everything in the unit above you - thankfully, it was our last night at the apartment when holidaymakers arrived. However, overall, it was a nice stay.

Great location, comfy, and spacious apartment. Had everything we needed. Facilities are awesome, so there is so much to do for the kids and a separate pool and jacuzzi area for adults. Bikes onsite for hire. Just 15 minutes down the road is Blue and Green Pools, such a beautiful spot to spend the day. There is so much more to see around Yamba, a beautiful area to stay and explore.

There were a few things that didn’t really meet our expectations. Most of the playground equipment had been removed and the indoor play centre is pretty grubby and tired. We had to rewash most of the dishes when we arrived which is likely due to the last guests washing up, but this should still be checked by housekeeping before new guests arrive. We had a leak from ceiling in our room, which I told reception about and while the staff were very nice and said they would look at it, no one came to check it out even though we had days of heavy rain. We also had mouse droppings in our room - which again, I told the staff about - but nothing was done. In general the place could definitely be cleaner - including the common areas.

Great pool area especially for kids. Both our toddlers could stand in most of the kids pool, bigger pool was great and spa area for adults was lovely. We didn’t try the restaurant this time as we have young children, but it was nice last time we stayed. Good to be able to grab coffee and ice creams from reception. Location is nice and a short drive to Yamba.

Booked and paid 8mths in advance and on arrival were given a room that was musty and looked like it hadn’t been recently occupied. Also right on road boundary. Not appropriate for a booking so far in advance. Receptionist gave us a more suitable room once approached.

Nothing to be honest it was what we were looking for.

The villa was excellent. The size was great and the outside screened area was perfect. The pool area was also great and clean , lots of lounges around.
