There we quite a few dirty dishes in the kitchen ie a fry pan in the drawer that was filthy and glasses that were dirty also. Also the stained rugs and cushions should go, makes the place feel gross.

We loved the location and layout of the property and some of the furnishings.

Perfect location for family with ages from 2yrs old to 92 yrs old. Little walk to city cat ferry for trip to Sth Bank but easy bus ride back, stops right outside the gate. Excellent location for famous Breakfast Creek Hotel

Nothing at all. 😀 But if I have to mention something, the road in front can be a bit noisy during the day, but I'm used to city noises. So, no problem here.

Anville Court is a renovated building, and the apartments are charmingly decorated. The location on the river provides ample opportunity for beautiful walks. All shops are close by and easy to reach with or without a car. Lisa and her husband are lovely and immediately make you feel welcome. Anville Court is on my list for next time here in Brisbane..

The laundry was serviceable, but we had to share with other apartments, and had to duck our heads to walk under the balcony to get into the laundry. The TV in the main bedroom wouldn't show up on screen cast either, although we could pick up other TV's in the apartment block. Minor things, really, that didn't affect our stay much.

The apartment was lovely and clean, with great facilities! It had a really great vintage noir atmosphere. The location was absolutely fantastic, with the 300 bus to the city and Cultural Centre right outside the gate! It was also lovely to walk to Brett's Wharf and the Breakfast Creek Hotel. Eat Street was a short drive on Friday night, so we barely used fuel all week. The dishwasher was also quiet and easy to use. We will hopefully be able to book here for future trips to Brisbane.

As pretty as the lounge was, sadly it was quite uncomfortable and purely decorative.

Loved the decor and the instructions were extremely clear and helpful. A great location and a lovely stroll to the Breakfast Creek Hotel and in the other direction some great restaurants near Bretts Wharf.

Low lighting in bedrooms, traffic noise (could do with double glazing).

Nice and close to our wedding venue and airport and river. Lovely old home - especially loved the deck area. Nicely modernised. Good shower and beds. Great hosts.

The traffic noise is very loud, making it hard to sleep some nights. If the bedrooms were located at the back of the property this would help a lot. There were only 3 bowls for 5 people which meant we were constantly washing for hungry kids.

Great sofa and all three beds were very comfortable.

Lounge isn’t practical, feathered sheets and duvet stabbing us each night made for very unpleasant sleep. Comfy beds though. Purchased our own blankets for our stay.

Close to the main road, very noise. Can still hear the truck passing by sounds, even with ear plugs.

Good location, clean, lots of dinning plates and cups for family to use.

Was very bright outside and the bedroom blinds didn't close properly. Found dirty towels behind door in bedroom. Bed and pillows not to my liking.

Was right near public transport, lots of space in apartment. Easy to access. Right near a 24 hour servo .

The bathroom's spacial configuration was very poorly designed. The sinks were stupidly small and inpractical for use. Sofa is in poor condition and uncomfortable to sit on. Finding an old sock under the sofa cushions was an unpleasant surprise. Main bedroom's frame squeaked at the most tiny bit of movement.

Spacious apartment with great balcony for entire family to dine outside. Complete kitchen and utensils good for cooking your own meals if you wish to. Short distance from CBD.
