Couch was comfortable but had acquired quite a few stains from prior guests and could do with a deep clean. There was some noise at night time albeit not unexpected being so central in MR town. It was fine for us but some travellers should know there is a small flight of stairs to take your luggage up.

Great space, lovely decor, plenty of room, blinds helped block out light to get a good rest etc. Having a full kitchen was so handy to have when you felt like staying in or enjoying some take away from one of the local restaurants. Very central location! Very clean property including both bathrooms and laundry. Right next door to major supermarket incase you have forgotten anything.

Poor crockery. It is so random as everything else is beautiful - a quick trip to Kmart to buy matching plates, better knives and kitchen equipment and then all sorted. A minor mention. The location is central which was perfect for us but don’t expect views. We were very happy.

We could not fault the place, at all!!

Our stay at Villa on Fearn was everything we had anticipated, and so much more!! So welcoming, and inviting, and above all, so spacious, and immaculately clean!! The location was perfect, too, being close to all amenities, and attractions.. Thank you, for making our time there so memorable, and we will certainly be back again!!

There were a few things that stopped the stay being ideal… The pillows were all SO big, like bolster cushions, we all ended up using nothing or our rolled up jumpers. The heating didn’t work & nighttime temp dropped to 5 degrees during our stay, the instructions just referred us to the user manual, which didn’t work. Not sure if it needs to have heating activated as only aircon mode worked & even at 35 degrees was blowing cold air. The sofa, cushions & blankets need a steam clean or replacing. The sofa has large scuff & spill marks on it, tried using the throw blanket to cover it, but it also looked pretty worn too. Set of wine glasses needed. Kitchen only had 3 mis-matched wine glasses (1 was a cup), which isn’t ideal for a stay in a winery area.

Apartment is very central & easy stroll to the Main Street of Margs Town. The layout of the apartment is great & overall nice decor, but few things need cleaning / replacing. Outlook over 2 car parks isn’t ideal, but wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be.

The flight of stairs up to the villa.

The villa was nicely furnished and facilities were well functioning. Location was superb as it was next to Cole's and near many eateries.

kitchen especially the oven needs cleaning. previous guests didn’t clean out the trays and racks in the oven. if there is BBQ burner will be perfect so food smell will not stay in the apartment

The unit was exactly like the pictures, home away from home feel. Location was great just off the main street. Loved the house plants and balcony!! Great communication from owner.

Everything was lovely, definitely a return-to place. It's up a short flight of stairs, one has to bring the luggage up. But there is a landing midway, so just take your time and it's easy.

This villa has been so thoughtfully managed. Clean and bright with a resort feel - plants, nature-inspired furniture. Generous stocks of toiletries and kitchen items, including everything required for cooking on arrival. Just bring the wonderful fresh produce from the region, or pop next door to the supermarket. It's right at the heart of Margaret River town (few minutes walking distance to shops and restaurants), yet with residential privacy.

Villa on Fearn was fantastic! Exceeded all of my expectations. We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and the decor/renovations were amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Margs and would definitely stay again.
