The sofa bed in the lounge had a mattress about 6 CMS thick which was old, sag The and very uncomfortable. There are many better sofa beds. Also unusually MIT had a washing machine in kitchen but no dishwasher. Had many other properties with a dishwasher which is essential. Main issue was mould in the bathroom which had been cleaned but the residue was still there. Needs an update to grouting.

The room itself could have done with a deeper clean and a refresh (like a coat of paint and patched up some holes in the walls). The bathroom also was in need of some maintenance, with the grout having black mould and the shower head being quite forceful, which was a little painful for the kids. Some little jobs like that could make a world of difference for future bookings i think! We knew we were booking a cheap place that was a good spot to base ourselves whilst we explored Sydney, and that we wouldn't be spending too much time in the apartment itself so it was fine for what we needed it for.

We liked the location - really close to Museum station & also to the Australian Museum, Hyde Park, Hyde Park Barracks etc. The rooftop pool & spa were nice, with a great view too. The apartment was a decent size for the 5 of us compared to others we have stayed at in a City. We specifically chose to have a self catering option for our trip so having the kitchen facilities were great to make our own breakfast, keep our snacks/drinks cool etc. The apartment also had a clothes rack which was handy for after using the swimming pool.

Windows were dirty so visibility over Hyde Park was less than optimal. The air conditioning is terrible and cannot really get the temperature down with no possibility at all to influence temperature. We figured we could get the keys from reception but that was not clear from any communication. Also, we got two sets of keys, one of which was not from the apartment and did not work.

The location is perfect. Great beds too. Good kitchen facilities.

Communication after check-in and during stay. I tried to use the chat feature to ask where the remote for the tv as we could not locate it. We did not have any response; we never found it. Though the place was generally tidy, the property seemed stuffy and dusty which made it hard to breathe — the aircon vents were clearly accumulated with dust. Unfortunately, there isn't any luggage storage available as it is a peivate property (separate to the hotel building) so we had to find a different way. We tried to ask reception desk for suggestions, but they do not know either. It was also confusing as to why we only had 2 toilet papers available to us when it was clearly not enough for 4 persons staying for 4 days. Lastly, for some reason, even though the property was located at 7th floor, it was still so easy to hear people from outside the building. A lot of traffic noise, car horns (Sydney people beeps so much?!), firetruck siren (nearby Fire Station), police car siren made it difficult to sleep.

Communication with the property prior to check-in. Most necessary information and instructions were given clearly which made it easy for us to locate the property. I also liked the that there are many electrical outlets, light switch access. The location is practical as shopping centres and food areas (Town Hall, QVB, Regent Place, The Galeries) are mostly 10 minutes away. Though 10 minutes may sound long for some, we actually enjoyed the journey as we would go through Hyde Park and also enjoy the view. The view from the property was also enjoyable — both during the day and night. Within the block, there are cafés and convenience stores readily accessible. In the same floor as reception, theres a restaurant for brekkie or lunch or brunch or dinner called Marko's.

Tired and outdated furnishings, flooring and bathroom. The air-conditioning didn't work well.

With views from the room overlooking Hyde Park, the location was spectacular. Then wandering up to the pool deck, with views of the city, breathtaking. Conveniently located. All you could need in a self contained room.

The bathroom is filthy - the tiles, basin, etc need a good clean. The photos on the page are very old/were taken a long time ago - the carpet and bathroom and dirty and everything is much older than what it is made to appear on the photos. The view is beautiful, but the windows are dirty and haven't been washed in ages. The sleeper couch is old and worn out, and not suitable even for young children.

Aircon outdated, noisy and not super effective. Another comfy chair in lounge would be great. Kitchen utensils plates glasses and mugs should be replaced as they didn't have 4 of each and v small mugs.

Big rooms, has everything needed for a few days stay, nice view over Hyde Park, pools, sauna, views from top floor excellent.

- kitchenette did not come with the basic cooking utensils/pots/pans etc to make even the most basic of meals which was a huge let down. We really wanted to be able to cook our own meals to save money from eating out. Only one glass in total for drinking. Needed to request for bin liners.

- Great sized apartment, comfortably fits a family of 4. - location was amazing, close to train station & buses, and only a short walk to the ferrys. Lots of things to do and see within a short walk. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants all around. - amazing beautiful view over hyde park. - although a bustling location, very quiet in the apartment. - comfy beds & fresh linen! - rooftop pool was a hit with the kids.

There was only one glass in the cupboard but we just used the tea cups.

The apartment met our expectations and arriving at the property and collection of the keys was very easy. The apartment was in a prime location close to train station and cafes and restaurants and will definitely try and book there again on our next visit to Sydney.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! The black mould was gross but even more than that the layers of film in the bath tub and red mould were even worse. I get that it's an old bathroom but I purchased a bottle of hospital grade cleaner and had the tub clean in twenty minutes. Unacceptable that I am paying for this place and yet I had to clean it before using it. I'm amazed that I didn't get a fungal infection. It's not worth the cheaper price if I'm having to spend time and money cleaning it myself.

The convenience of the location. Train station was close. Gorgeous view of Hyde Park. The bed was comfy.

Bathroom needs attention. Furniture tired and windows need new film and a clean to take full advantage of great views. Disappointed not to have a drier with the washing machine.

Proximity to city and transport routes make it an ideal location for visiting Sydney. Size was good and views were excellent.
