Bathroom needed an upgrade and it needed a thorough clean too. Dust everywhere. Would have been nice if there were a few more complimentary things like a box of tissues, shower cap, more soap, better quality instant coffee or a few coffee pods provided for the start of the stay. Also needed more dishwashing liquid (things you really don't want to be buying when you're on a family holiday!)

Location with excellent. Beds comfy and spacious living area. Good kitchen.

Couldn’t open main bedroom window. In summer would have been pretty hot but with aircon in living room and sleeping with open doors managed to ventilate and cool flat down

Perfect app to stay during our Sydney trip. Secure parking in the basement a huge bonus. Easy and secure access to the building, great area full of cafes and supermarkets near by. Accommodating host, great walking distance to CBD and Opera House. Rooftop swimming pool and great views a nice surprise!

Limited coffee and tea options. There was also a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Not enough toilet paper supplied. Some toys or books to entertain our toddler would have been great but not expected. The rooftop pool and tennis court was sensational but only accessible via a steep set of stairs.

Bathroom was dated. A deep clean needs to be done as lots of dusty areas. Needs a new broom and dustpan.

Great location, easy to access public transport. On site free parking was really handy. An easy walk to lots of restaurants. Beds were fine. Basic amenities provided like soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent. Good clear communication from agent.

Main negative points include the bathroom which needs a complete refit as it's very dated and in poor repair (sink leaked intermittently from the base) and the cleanliness, there was lots of dust under the sofa and beds and in the bathroom, the apartment definitely hadn't been deep cleaned for some time. The balcony was also quite dirty when we arrived (one area which we had to avoid walking on).

The apartment is a great size and very well equipped, including tennis racquets! We loved the layout and balcony. It was very useful to have a washing machine and dryer. The pool is very nice but a bit cold and no chairs/sunbeds to sit by it. The location is perfect, close to tram stops and central station, cafes and restaurants. Overall I would recommend this apartment.

There is one A/C in the kitchen/living room but it is not enough to keep cool the bedrooms and even the space where it was installed.

Cleanliness of the floors in 2nd bedroom was disappointing to find rubbish and socks under the bed and behind door. The fan also had a build up of dust so so was not used. The water on bathroom floor when shower is used is excessive and the small bath mat was not sufficient enough to dry floor. Would be nice to have vacuum or swift for cleaning floor during stay as mentioned above the floors were not as clean or dust free as they could have been. Also the bunk beds are not the most comfortable eith the springs

The hosts were very accommodating with our travel and check in and out times. They even arranged for the cleaner to meet us there to hand over keys so we didn't have to travel out to get keys from another location as it was a weekend. The main living areas were spacious and fairly clean.

There was dust and hair in the cupboards, bathroom and out on the balcony, so not very clean. The toilet was also dirty. Also, it advertised a ‘heated’ pool, which was one of the reasons I booked. The pool was not heated, it was freezing. Not to mention it was locked and under maintenance for the first 4 days out of our 7 day stay.

Very damp in the apartment - bought a loaf of bread one day which was black with mould the next morning. Apartment smelled and felt damp. Bathroom taps were pretty unreliable - sink and shower washers could probably do with replacing. A/C wasn't particularly effective either - maybe it needs a service? The apartment overall looked like it needed a few days of TLC to clean out random items in drawers (eg fake succulent plants), do a really good clean of the bathroom and fix the taps, clean the balcony area, update the info folders, etc.

Location was great for walking to the SCG (only 10 minutes). Also very convenient to the Surry Hills light rail station. Rooftop pool was a nice feature.
