Just the bedding that’s being picky though

I love the property only thing I would point out is that perhaps the bedding - sheets, pillows and mattress could be more comfortable and I think the bed spread could be updated for the money just a bit more classy. I really liked Kristy she was so accommodating and helped me with my luggage to the room 😊

Being able to look out across the water and listen to the waves at night. I even observed a pod of dolphins.

The location is great for an escape from Sydney.

The location opposite the beach, with cafes and restaurants nearby, was great. Also, the view was wonderful and the host thoughtfully provided binoculars so that we could watch watch the dolphins more closely. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and very clean.

It would have been really good to have had a small compendium with instructions on how to use the equipment in the Apartment - because each one is different (most likely) from one/s that you are accustomed to.

The location overlooking Newcastle Beach was spectacular.

Great location. Accommodation very near cafes, bars, tram, beach. Easy hand over of keys. Kristy answered any queries promptly via text before arrival date and was prompt to meet us at the entry to underground parking. Lots of room in the apartment and very comfortable large beds. We were treated to pods of dolphins swimming near edge of water to the beach on our arrival day and later saw whales breaching further out to see. Would love to stay again.

Check in and check out was made very easy. Great location we were able to walk most places and very close to tram. Ocean view from our balcony. Nice quiet complex.

The reserved car parking spot was on the lower floor with good lift access. The parking spot was very narrow. It was great to have parking reserved as street parking is paid and the parking inspectors very active!!

The view was amazing, whales and dolphins were seen every day of our stay. Kirsty met us at the gate, advised us where to park and showed us to our apartment. It was my birthday during our stay and Kirsty had left a birthday card and a box of chocolates, very much appreciated.

The Apartment itself had the most amazing feel, but to boot, an incredible view right up the hill and panoramic views of the ocean...including the whale migration right there in front of us (closest I have ever seen whales!!) We adored this apartment and actually didn't want to leave!

Found drug paraphernalia in one of the cupboards. The veranda doors didn’t lock properly & could be opened from the outside. Even though it’s on the third floor I would have preferred to know the doors were locked properly. Also a little strange I had to provide my credit card details the day before check in incase I purchased from the Mini bar but it was only stocked with wine & 1 bag of nuts, it was missing most of what was listed. This is a bit petty but we were only given 1 English breakfast teabag, the rest were earl gray or green. For $525 a night I did expect better, definitely paying for the view.

Kristy & her little helper were lovely & met us & showed us where to park & walked us up to the room. It’s a nice big apartment with an amazing view of the ocean, we could see whales swim past while we sat on the lounge. It was very comfortable for a 2 night stay. Quick walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Cafe down stairs was great for breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Great location, across the road from the beach. Sensational views from the balcony. Secure parking. We love everything. We were greeted by the host who took us through the accommodation. I have never experienced such helpful service.
