Issue in the children's room with the light turning on without anyone touching the switch. The fan on the same switch wouldn't turn off (except once by itself!). The garage door is a bit dodgy but did work and locked ok.

Great location. Apartment suited our needs. We were concerned about no air conditioning, however, the sea breezes made for a comfortable sleep.

We stayed for 10 nights but were only left with 1 toilet roll and no cleaning products. Shower was leaking very bad and the shower is inside a spa bath which is not ideal, especially if you are elderly. Toilet seat is old, peeling and needs replacing. The couch in lounge room is large but old and not comfortable. The allocated car bay with old titled garage door is not ideal especially when raining and often gets stuck to open. The external of the apartment looks nothing like the photos. The whole complex needs external renovating.

Single beds are a bit too small for adults, bookable for 4 adults but really made for families, sucks still seeing single use plastic tolietries used in a holiday property instead of refillable or more eco alternatives.

Location was absolutely stunning! apartment is spacious and comfortable, having full kitchen amenities is a huge bonus. BBQ was a nice touch. Super convinient location, beautiful views, clean and well kept.

The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well for the three nights we were there. The last night I moved to the couch at 1am and somewhat slept there. The building is run down and mould growing on pavers around the pool and building. Screens were filthy with dust. I washed the doonas myself as they didn’t feel clean. Unit was generally clean but could very much do with a good deep clean. Unit is old and in average condition.

No air-con at all. Only one heater and doesn't heat up to give warmth on the lounge room. Okay for small bed room. The outdoor spa doesn't heat up (very cold in the winter). No wi-fi (nowadays it is norm that most of the hotels offer free wi-fi).

On arrival I stepped in the front door & immediately slipped over & fell on my back. My tail bone is sore & bruised from the fall. The tiles were sopping wet throughout the unit. We had to use the towels provided to dry the floor, & then do a load of washing to clean the towels. I was expecting a Dishwasher. The list of inclusions I saw when booking does note a dishwasher (this has now been updated since advising the Agent). Only providing 1 Chux wipe to both clean benches & dishes with was very poor. I had to purchase a dish cleaning sponge to handwash the dishes. The dishes were in general dirty - sticky & some still with food on. We had to wash every dish before we used it. The sofa is incredibly uncomfortable & is also dirty. The cushions continually slip off the base & you cant sit comfortably. When I lifted the seat cushion to realign onto the base there were dead cockroaches & food crumbs. There is no air-conditioning in the unit which was expected, however there is not enough fans or airflow in the unit to keep it comfortable. The doors to the patio are simply mesh screens so the glass doors cant be left open at night for cooling due to security. The main bedroom windows barely open & at night the blinds block any potential breeze that could cool the room. If the windows are open the constant banging of the blinds keeps you awake. The 2nd bedroom was a hot box even with a ceiling fan. Again, the blind blocked any breeze that came from the window & could not be left open due to the main passageway of the complex being outside. My son could not even sleep in that room. Lounge/Dining/Kitchen had one single floor fan for the entire area. With cool wet weather outside, it was hot & extremely uncomfortable inside. Undercover parking is an old-school garage with a panel lift garage door. Our mid size SUV did not fit & we had to park out on the street.

couldn’t use the spa as it says hot water tank is small and could possibly run out off water for other showers NO AIRCON IN THE WHOLE OF THE UNIT ,,,, NOT EVEN A FAN IN THE MASTER ROOM HAD A SALL OLD CLOOER THAT DID NOT REALLY WORK IT MADE SO MUCH NOISE ,,, WE HAD TO GO BUY ONE ,,, SMALL FAN WHICH HAD TO BE USED IN THE OTHER ROOM WITH THE CEILING FAN AND THE ROOM WAS STILL HOT ,,, LOUNGE ROOM WAS SO HOT DID NOT ENJOY SITTiNG THERE AT ALL garage door didn’t lock and was hard to to open was that old one of a door we ended up parking on the side of the road,, got wet as trying to get inside the lift door is not good gets stuck then decides to open up ,, then have to fight our way around to our unit and get wet as not really covered such an effort to come and go from the unit we lost interested in wanting to go out the sliding to the deck was so hard to open needing 2 hands to open it the front appeal was nice back appeal was disappointing big time

the view could see the beach was pretty in side needs some updating
