It would have been easier for us to have 2 passes for the lift because there were 4 of us staying, but I didn't think to ask for an extra one so perhaps they provide this?

Great location convenient to all the shops, restaurants and cafes of Glen Waverley and very short walk to The Glen shopping centre. I liked that the layout provided space between the 2 bedrooms. Having the carpark in the basement was very convenient as we were in and out a lot. Lots of windows in the main living area.

WiFi was very poor But Ron kindly gave me a fully charged dongle/booster as I had a family issue I needed to sort and needed Internet.

The location was excellent Ron was exceptional to get back on any queries before we arrived and during our stay

The staff is very friendly, and provided a great customer service. The free on site parking is very convenient for such a location very difficult to find a car park during lunch and dinner time.

We have stayed here a number of times now - the location is convenient, the facilities are spot on (including the designated parking space) and service throughout the process is exceptional. Check in was easy and the special instructions we received to counteract the roadworks nearby were really helpful and much appreciated.

The toilet had the paper seal but when I lifted the lid it was disgusting and not cleaned at all.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was in walking distance of The Glen shopping centre and a large selection of restaurants and right next to the station. We felt very safe there and the car parking was a bonus. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely self contained apartments. Had everything we needed for a week long stay with two children. Restaurant strip, shopping centre and train station all at your doorstep. Underground secure parking was a bonus. Check in instructions and assistance were detailed and easy to follow. Would definately stay again!

The internet was terrible. As I was travelling on business from overseas local connection is very necessary. I could not work in this apartment.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was comfortable & clean with a balcony. The kitchen was well equipped & there is a washing machine & dryer in the bathroom. It was good to have secure parking included in the cost instead of an added extra cost.

There wasn't nothing to dislike.

The host is excellent and provided all needs for the nights that I had reserved. The room was exceptionally clean, and all necessity was provided. The staff did a wonderful job to have the room cleaned and ready for our stay. I have been here so many times and it has never let me down. Its location is perfect for all your needs and the train station is available throughout your stay if you wish to take a trip into the CBD. Excellence and the best hotel experience as always.

The rooms at the back end of the unit run a bit warm as the air conditioning does not reach the back rooms, however there is a ceiling fan if you get too warm.

When we arrived there was no power or water due to a storm which impacted the area. Malcolm was amazing at handling the situation, keeping us updated on when power would be restored to the Glen Waverley area. He was very friendly and we were able to contact him outside of office hours and he even came up to make sure water was running through the pipes after it had been restored. The unit has everything you need - the beds were very comfy, and the unit was clean. Water pressure was 10/10. Entrance to the property is secure (access tag and key), as is parking space. Ideal for public transport as the train station is next to the property. Plenty of food options nearby. The Glen shopping mall is a short walking distance from the property and we were able to buy a few groceries for our short stay.

I hope the bed room curtain was darker to let me sleep whole day. And you may have some notes to tell guests that shampoo is behind the sink cabinet.

Next to a train station, very clean. It is a real unit with living room, bed, bath room and all other things that you need, much bigger and comfo than a hotel room. Private car park slot. On top of that, Ron will support you with his wonderful kindness.

The street noise is a bit loud at night so bring earplugs. Two things that would send this place from a GREAT rating to an OUTSTANDING one would be; better internet - I was promptly provided with an Optus dongle as the wifi kept dropping out and I was trying to work from the apartment - the dongle worked a treat but solid, working wifi would have been better. And finally - Smart TV is really an essential these days. I don't know anyone who watches free to air - I certainly haven't for nearly 20 years. I watched Netflix on my laptop with the dongle but a smart tv with the ability to log into our own streaming service/s would be perfect.

Ron was fabulous and nothing was too much of a hassle for him. The apartment was modern and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Very clean. Excellent location close to everything. Great cafe downstairs and food options galore a few steps away. Having undercover parking was a HUGE bonus and easy to get to. The apartment block itself is modern, nice and quiet.

Instructions were not clear that I had to go,to the 1st floor to collect keys. Signage not easily evident and was not on the the Kingsway, but Railway Street
