Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Owner was great, easy communication and great place for a quick stay. Electric heated mattresses were a bonus for a sound sleep at night.

AustraliaThe door locks need to be looked at they are wonky and difficult to unlock for the front door and toilet. Not much else not to like.
The facilities are good and clean, easy comfy stay for 3 couples (3 Bedrooms). A very good value for people on a budget at a great location, only walking distance to the main shops. Great view of the mountains and a glimpse of the beach. Lee greeted us with a warm friendly smile and went out of his way to provide anything we needed.

AustraliaThe house is no good for temperatures above 30 degrees. There is only one air-conditioner in the whole house (in the lounge room) and it doesn't work or reach the bedrooms. Probably needs to be regassed. There's only 2 ceiling fans as well. One in the lounge room and one in one of the bedrooms. This house is not ideal for summer, but probably would be ok for winter. House has an old house smell to it as well. House is passable but we were disappointed with the lack of cooling in the house especially since we were there during the 38 degree heat wave. It wasn't worth the $600 a night either.
Location is great. Kitchen was big. Bed and sofas are comfortable. House is clean but old.

United KingdomProperty is a holiday let and I would have expected a better level of accommodation for the price. Mirrors in the bedrooms and an ironing board/iron would be an improvement. The house is tired and needs a little tender loving care to bring it back up to scratch. Furniture was a mix match and decoration thrown together. The front door is extremely difficult to lock when exiting the property and needs a locksmith to sort out.
