Shower door is broken and room was pretty small. Communal kitchen area well equipped but difficult to cook when others are around/using kitchen also.

Hooks at the back of door can be added, as there is no space to hang clothes. The common areas not very clean and dusty.

Window panels, spacious and contemporary. Hot water system is great. Bed is comfortable. Location is excellent. Easy access and check in was a breeze.

Walls are thin, could hear people arriving and talking in the common lounge area.

Value for money, all was great. Woke up in the morning to the most incredible sunrise and two Kangaroo's playing in the yard. Such a highlight!

This was a single bedroom with two queen beds and don't remember booking anything like this as I am not a fan of sharing spaces and we had to unfortunately. I must have missed this but certainly not our type and you don't want to be sharing kitchens and common areas with unknown people. I wasn't on a budget at all but the price that was quoted, I thought this was a full property for us but unfortunately it wasn't which was disappointing. In addition, the instruction to check-in was a bit complicated as we had to enter the house from outside directly to the bedroom which wasn't clear enough The price quoted 552 AUD for 2 days was just quite high for this The thing we all hated was the check-in and check-out times. Why would you get us to check-out at 10 AM while you offer check-in only at 3 PM? This doesn't make any sense at all and something they should work upon. Too much leverage given to the cleaning staffs and this just doesn't go well and this is something that made the rating 8 change to 7

The view was quite awesome and very fulfilling. The complete view of the bay for a stretch of 7 to 8 kilometers was a bliss. We could see some Kangaroos right beside the property and it was a great experience altogether

The bedroom was very small and cramped considering the price! Other guests were very noisy both late at night and before sunrise in the morning. Also, overseas guests didn’t respect our property in the fridge, which should be a “given” in a shared kitchen! We have special dietary needs and they helped themselves at breakfast without even asking, leaving us with very little. There should be a sign on the fridge in a few languages (like there is for other things). Highly inappropriate!

Amazing views from the main living space. Kangaroos came to just outside the bedroom window at dusk. We picked wild blackberries near the house.

The bed was extremely hard and I had a hard time sleeping. The check-in information didnt really advise how we got access to our room. the rooms arent numbered from the outside so it made it harder to find the room.

The views were absolutely amazing, A lovely house and surroundings. Very quiet at night and during the day only thing we could hear was the waves at the beach. Also very close to various waterfalls and hiking spots.

Disappointing to not have bath mat, hand towel or face washer. Short shower curtain resulted in water splashing well outside shower. Suspect some would struggle with internet check in.

Room was clean and comfy with spectacular panoramic views of the ocean. Short drive up hill to accommodation from town centre. Though there was no in person contact with host, the phone was answered immediately. Very spacious "shared" kitchen and lounge facilities.

Living area could have been cleaner.Under the couches for example hadn't been swept. There were only 3 wine glasses and a bathmat would have been welcome.A latch is needed on the sliding wire bedroom door.

Long way to the town, like 1.8 km, not 0.9 km how is described. Last house on the hill. Very little room, but comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Tv only in the living room, which usually taken over by the biggest family along with the kitchen.

Excellent view from the deck and common room, clean and comfy. Never saw any hosts. Kitchen good for cooking most things but no Bbq. We wanted to clean up after meals but there were no dish towels. So left plates and cutlery to dry overnight. Not an issue unless multiple groups cooking.

Hard to find the hotel entrance, the road to the hotel was very rough and dusty...the shared kitchen and dining room is not so convenient, a guest occupied the kitchen over one hour in the morning, and we had to have a cold breakfast before checked out.

A small quiet hotel and have a few kangerros around just 15 meters away.

Check in wasn't very straightforward as the entrance to the house wasn't clear and there was no one around so we had to call to get our room number.

The room was nice and very clean but smaller than expected. Spacious common area. The view is lovely apart from the fact that the common access to the house is right in from of the big window so you have to pull the curtains for privacy.

it was very easy to access and so technically anyone could come in and so felt a little unsafe at times.

Amazing location. We saw so many kangaroos & one had a joey! View was great too. Other guests were lovely so made us feel welcome & comfortable!
