Only a minor thing. Needed paper towels supplied. Especially as cleaning BBQ is expected.

Good sized bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery. Very comfortable.

Only thing was noise upstairs when turning on water pipes made very loud noises and bathroom screen door in main bathroom was jamming all the time

The garage door didn’t work properly.

Great location, short driving to local shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Big bathroom with tub. Full kitchen equipment. Quiet neighborhood.

Not enough power points in rooms. Stick vac would have been better than one provided, especially for use in upstairs bedrooms.

We were not able to use the Tennis court or pool. We understand that there is significant damage to both due to weather. We booked in May last year and was under the impression we could use both, obviously we did not read the part about not being available. Our bad😒

Centrally located. Very clean and more than I expected. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location, very spacious villa. Would definitely go back, however, not until we are able to use the pool. Hopefully they will fix this soon. Being a group of 6 we easily had our own space. Parking a Hyundai kona, Toyota Kluger and a Ranger in the carport and garage, easy. Highly recommend if the Tennis court and pool are not important while on holiday. We stayed 4 nights not 3.

The modern space, 5 min walk into town with great air conditioning! We have a small child crawling and to have gates at the top of the main stairs was a massive peace of mind feature. Family will be back again!

The property is located with mostly permanent residence in the complex , it can’t be a holiday house , they complain about everything and over exaggerated things and all they did is that spying on us , that they caused us loosing our bond ,usually people loose their bond for damaging or not clean they loose a bit from their bond , we left the property super clean , but we actually lost all our bond after the neighbours complained for noise for only one night it was on a Saturday night but actually the noise was normal we weren’t noisy at all they were lying and it proves it because we were contacted about the noise on Sunday morning and they said this Is a warning if one more complaint we will get fined , so on that day Sunday we spent all day at the beach and we came in the afternoon we packed and left we didn’t stay for that night and the neighbours complained because of the noise again and we weren’t even at the property,really shame they lied so they took the bond with our even telling us that this is what’s happening . I can’t believe they warned us if it happens again they will fine us but anyway they fined us for no reason . I always book through booking.com I never have any problem I never had this experience before usually I receive email to thank us of how we actually leave the house cleaner than before but this time with this property very disappointing but I made a complaint and hopefully I’ll get this sorted. Don’t book this property you will get disappointed

1. Bedsheets were not changed, with clear signs of dirt. no spare one 2. they request an extra $500 deposit without stating clearly on Booking.com 3. key box code was not provided, had to call then 3 times 4. auto watering system made big noise from 10pm, it made very bad to put young kid into sleep.
