The lounge was a click clack lounge which i had no issue with, however it was on the floor and being heavily pregnant wanting to relax it wasn’t ideal so i sat at the table or went to lay in bed which wasn’t my kind of “holiday”

resort was beautiful, room was clean. it was beautiful location and view was lovely to sit and just watch and enjoy. The gardens well maintained and all units tidy

It would have been good to have a hand rail up the staircase. The cupboard in kitchen needed work as did a drawer in the bathroom.

View from apartment was beautiful The kitchen had plenty of utensils, cutlery, crockery as well as a dishwasher, stove and hotplate. We wished we had longer there. The spa worked well and was enjoyable. Being able to walk to the beach was great as well.

I was in a rush and needed to check in and get straight onto an online call - I booked where I thought there was reception who could give me quick access and that was not the case - the wifi never worked properly and I had to hot spot

a bit light on on plates cutlery and utensils like bows for salads etc. No hair dryer .1 of the single bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs able to be felt .

Broken internet. Poor mobile connection unable to use your own internet. Bathroom was not clean. Gym and all other facilities were closed even the sign indicated they are open.

Ridiculously hard and uncomfortable couch. I had to contact host for wifi. I suspect an overuse of fabric softener on the linen created an emination of strong perfume throughout the unit. There was no cable tv as advertised..

The view from the balcony was outstanding and the position so close to a beautiful beach was excellent. The unit is well appointed and comfortable except for the couch.

The lack of a door on the ensuite to the main bedroom was a bit disconcerting and would disturb some more that me, especially if there are two of you in the main bedroom. All bathrooms are downstairs and you need to pass through either bedroom to access which won't suit everyone either. The front door was unreliable at locking and there were no instructions so sometimes it was left unintentionally unlocked. Super uncomfortable sofa bed upstairs. No streaming available on TVs.

Whilst the location near the beach was nice, as were the gardens, as we were there through a private rental, we had nothing to do with the staff or other facilities and couldn't access or ask about other facilities, like tennis court etc, restaurant and wellness centre were closed. Air con in each bedroom was great (as well as lounge area). Owners gave clear instructions and no need to meet to get keys etc.

- Bathroom amenities could do with an update. - The exhaust fan in the bathroom requires a definite replacement. - The couch/ futon is uncomfortable. Definitely wouldn't use it to sleep on. - The TV does not have Foxtel as stated in the Apartment information booklet. - The tv is old, meaning no access to streaming apps for those that would enjoy downtime over a movie on rainy days that we had for our entire stay.

When my family first arrived on site, I was given the incorrect room number and found someone else was in there when I got to the door! When i returned to reception, it was explained to me that even though I had booked this with Booking.com as an 'Aqualuna' apartment, I was told it was not connected to them and was under private ownership. I obtained the owner's number after talking with the man in the first apartment we had been incorrectly allocated via the booking.com email. When I evetually called owner, he was polite but asked for security purposes that i provide a photo of driver's license and car rego, which left me feeling uncomfortable, but at the time after being tired from driving for 5 hours, I felt I had no alternative but to forward this on to to be able to obtain the door access code to get into the correct accommodation. To be honest, had I known about all these issues beforehand, I would not have booked this place as this experience tainted the stay.
