Everything about the cottage was sensational, the secret attic was the cutest. The host herself was very kind, friendly and very generous in making our stay unforgettable. We will return to this lovely cottage and for a longer stay. Couldn't get enough of the natural beauty surroundings and its become our most favorite place in the beautiful dandenong ranges.

We stayed in the forest cottage and it was so cute and exactly what we needed for our little getaway, it was nestled up the back of the property which made it feel even more secluded. All the photos from the website are pretty accurate and I’m sad I didn’t really take any of my own as the grounds are stunning. The spa in that room was the selling point for us and it did not let us down, we spent a lot of our time in there just admiring the beauty of our surroundings. We were greeted by Jessica when we arrived who was so friendly and accommodating, we were lucky enough to receive some treats she’d freshly baked and they were so tasty. She showed us around and gave us a few good places to visit as well as just a good conversation before she left us to enjoy. We truly felt looked after

On one night our WiFi wasn’t working however the owners were superb with their communication and efforts to rectify this immediately.

The house is very clean. Breakfast options are varied and natural. The homeowner shared the cheesecake she made with us, which was very heart-warming! Very relaxing and comfortable stay! Full marks!

Everything was great just maybe a tv missing in the bedroom bc the bedroom has Amazing forest views. Would have been great to watch movies from there too.

Beds were so comfortable. Tv in loungeroom was a great size. Wifi was good. Spa was so fun with a view of the forest. A cute complimentary of Port given. Barbecue there. 5 minute walk to botanical gardens. Close to town. Very cute private cottages there. Great place with Great memories we have. Will be back very soon. 😃

That it took me longer than expected to get there due to Google giving either wrong directions, not knowing road closures and sometimes taking me the longer route.

I had a great stay at Arcadia. Absolutely stunning exterior and interrior, and I felt fully immersed in nature. The amenities were abundant, and hospitality exceptional. What a healing experience.

Nothing to dislike really

Cosy, private little cabin. Spa was delightful. Plenty of DIY breakfast options available. Easy to find location. In close vicinity to Dandenong botanical Gardens and the shopping strip.

The stay at Arcadia Cottages was exceptional. Prior to us staying, storms unfortunately disrupted the gas lines connecting to the cottage we booked, and they were incredibly generous in offering one of the other cottages to us. The transparency & the alternative options provided were very well received & couldn't be happier with the level of service provided.

Chris was very friendly and responsive, however, I would've liked that he would've been there for Check-in because we were a little lost before setting up in the cottage. Other than that, everything was great.

I loved the facilities offered, especially the Spa from the Fernwood Cottage. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed for our one-night stay. Also, they provide you with a complete breakfast and snacks. Finally, the bed was very comfy and clean.

It was a little expensive meaning a return trip isn’t likely which is a pity because we loved it there.
