Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaSpacious clean room comfortable bed and pillows. Midway/ walkable distance between uptown CBD or down to Mindil beach , if you like walking !! Pool area a bit uninspiring but I really did not have time to use anyway. Early breakfast at 5.30am fantastic if you are on early tours. Laundry facilities incl. Complimentary laundry powder is a winner !! especially if you have just come in from a Kimberley trip. I would return.

AustraliaContinental breakfast that is provided free - it was adequate. Nothing much to complain - I felt the room was worth the money (had a good discount than usual rates thanks to booking.com). Did not have time in my schedule to check out the pool.
The room and bed were very comfortable, and bathroom was very good with strong shower. Easy stroll into the CBD, the quietness of the location (compared to the CBD hub), including the view of the ocean from my room was very pleasing.

AustraliaAdd- on charges for use of credit card and car parking. These should be averaged and included in the room cost. Use of cash is becoming minimal and Credit Cards are the in thing. Adding a charge for Credit card use is not not acceptable.

The room was neat and well presented, along with a small kitchenette. The breakfast was a cold buffet type, while the rolling toaster require maintenance as only one side was working.
