Breakfast was not included and how expensive it was, it should. It could be cleaner and include some more toiletries, dishwashing liquid (we had to wash everything by hand) and washing powder. The internet did not work.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was amazing. The place was very comfortable and warm.

The room was a little dated and some things didn't work. The downstairs heater did not work even when set to high. The heater next to front door (for drying coats etc.) did not work at all. Breakfast was not included, but 100% should have been at $1,500 AUD per night.

Ski in and ski out, with on site ski hire was perfect for a family holiday. Really can't beat the location. The staff (particularly cafe, restaurant & bar staff) were all friendly and provided good service. We stayed in one of the apartment rooms which was very spacious (over two levels) with lovely views. The apartment was clean and beds were warm and comfortable. Front cafe had great coffee.

Being the highest point accommodation has its drawbacks, main one being getting home with the family after dinner at any of the other restaurants below that elevation when the shuttle bus has stopped services at 6pm.

Nice updates to the bathrooms and dining facilities. Location cannot be faulted, highest point accommodation is great for ski in ski out and doesn’t get as busy as places on the lower reaches.

The location is perfect, just at the sky lift station, so you can just ski down the slope from the hotel.

- Restaurant left much to be desired. - You will rely on shuttle bus or ride share to get to/from Village. Make sure you do your research on transport options before arrival. - Staff at hotel cannot assist with ride share bookings/inquiries. As above, make sure you do your transport research and bookings beforehand.

- Rooms are clean and cozy. Just enough space for three people. - Reasonably priced. - Hotel located at top of summit. Great to start your downhill ski run. - Nice little coffee shop inside hotel. - Continental breakfast included. - Staff helpful in hotel.

With 2 young kids in toe, when it wasnt safe to be outside because the weather was super windy/stormy, there wasn't much to do nor kid friendly spaces outside the bedroom, when playing outdoors wasn't an option. There was a bar and pool tables, but nowhere to just spend time. Wouldn't otherwise be an issue if not for the weather at the time of our stay. Otherwise zero complaints :)

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The beds were comfortable, and we were super close to the skii run and lifts and shuttle stop. And the view from the windows was stunning too. Couldn't ask for better!

would have been nice to have a room with a view ( we were upgraded from an interior room with no view to one with limited car park view so we did appreciate that). The scenery was spectacular so would be nice to enjoy from your room. I’m guessing that comes at a significant premium though

Breakfast could have started earlier than 8am so people can hit the slopes sooner. Room didn't have a microwave for me to reheat tea/coffee. No shampoo/hairdryer provided. Beds are a bit too soft. Staircases bit too narrow.

Rooms are clean, hotel is very convenient, truly ski in ski out, handy to have storage for luggage.
