Cleanliness was not up to standard especially balcony and the chairs and tables were broken

How tiny everything was. The bedrooms, the shower. No where to hang towels for 3 people and with the room not being serviced everyday we had to leave the towels outside and ask for fresh ones

Had to chase xtra sugar and a tea towel. Considering there were seven people staying it could have been better set up .

Nothing like the internet sites on line. Still good location and cheap for 7 travellers to split cost.

The fact that the apartment is accessed by flight of stairs. This is not mentioned in the description. We had a near miss with our 4 year old falling down them. Also, photos of the room do not reflect what the room actually looks like. And accessing balcony is awkward as table and chairs right in the way of the sliding door.

State of room, was clean but with stains and age it felt worse. no lock on bathroom door, no ability to sweep or clean , being an apartment with kids would have been handy. No extra blankets or cushions in room. Lack of cooking appliances .mix matched glasses and mugs didn't make it feel professional outlet

The location is fantastic. Ability to walk to many iconic Melbourne attractions. The room had a good view of the Melbourne skyline. The street noise was quite minimal. I did like to option to open a window. Comfortable and cosy

Rooms were very small,( even the bigger ones) and needed maintenance. Eg leaking toilet, leaking tap, hole in the wall. And the cleaning wasn't great ,but it was a place to stay and was at the cheaper end of the market

Hotel was in a good location for us with the tram stop just outside, and the place wasn't expensive to stay. Staff were helpful.

Tiny room, facilities in room very old and dated. Neither bed side lights worked, no facewashers/hand towels, spare doona looked like it came from someone house. More like a private backpackers room than a city hotel.

The Room are only serviced every 3 days. The Property doesn't accept packages. As a rep this is a concern as I need to receive samples from interstate. The Rooms are loud due to the trams. The Pool dosnt open till 9am! Which means I cant exercise before work.

Staff could be a little better and clearer with communication, I was unsure about the parking situation and had to clarify it a few times. Didn't like that when going down from our floor we couldn't get off at any floor except the ground level and then had to walk up through the car park to get to our car. The balcony had a fake grass lay on it, and due to rain, it was constantly wet, and we couldn't go out onto it.

The room was as stated and had everything we needed for our stay. Close proximity to Melbourne CBD and great eating places around. Had a pleasant view of the city.

Dark and dingy, cafe hasn’t been open for months. Could do with good clean. Dust under dirty couch. Jar of lollies found under the couch, so hadn’t been vacuumed. Dark and gloomy around lifts at night.

We were disappointed with the staff member who checked us in upon arrival; he wasn't very supportive to our group. The room we stayed in had some facility issues. The blind or curtain on the window couldn't come down, leaving the window entirely open. Despite seeking assistance from the front desk, the staff member was not very helpful. He repeatedly informed us that he couldn't do much and had already notified the maintenance team. Given that it was night-time and we were all girls in the room, we expected him to at least visit and check on the problem, but he didn't. His body language suggested he wasn't helpful at all. Additionally, the heater in the room wasn't working. The message was relayed to the duty manager the next morning. However, we did find the bed very comfortable, as well as the location.

The staff member named Raj was very friendly and very helpful to our group ( met him on the second day of our stay). However, we had a bad experience on the first day upon arrival with a different staff member who was not supportive. He was a young man, wearing glasses, whom we met on the first day. Even Grace, another staff member, could benefit from training in customer service, politeness, and greeting with a smile.

When we checked in was late in the evening , and we need to get out of the building just to go to the room. They should have a connecting area if the room was separated from the reception area as we have so much luggage to carry. Also the beddings was not in accordance to the number of people we pay. Short of beddings for the sofa bed and towels and coffee and tea no enough supplies. But overall good

Bed was not comfortable at all. Room is tiny. Shower wasn’t working and took 2 days and 3 requests to get it fixed. Noise, omg the noise was off tap, cars, laundry arriving at 6am and they banged everything they could find. The doors, bang closed. Neighbours were so loud going in and out. Yelled at them several times. House keeping just walk in 8:30 am to clean my room on check out, only problem was I had one more day.

The halls always smelt of rubbish. 3 chairs in a 4 person suite. Bed was too soft and it rolled into the middle. Fridge didn't keep things cool. TV reception was terrible. Lifts regularly didn't work. Fitness centre had lots of broken equipment. Two of three treadmills unsuitable to use. One of two cycles broken. It smelt musty and unclean. Too few bowls in kitchen. Couch was a futon and very uncomfortable. Foyer looked old and in need of some love. Microwave wedged above fridge so door didn't open easily and was quite elevated for anyone short. Small German Cockroaches roaming around the apartment. Rubbish bin is too small for a four person suite with a kitchen.
