The whole experience was lovely. Nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel was a little different from the feel of a corporate hotel, with a very relaxed atmosphere. The dining room offered a limited menu but the food was delicious. Being able to use the facilities after checking out was a bonus.

Unfortunately we had to leave before sampling the breakfast. The website advertised breakfast from 6.30am but the hotel didn't start service until 7am. Frustrating as we had paid for it and had to leave early for work. We arrived at 1.40 but couldn't check in until 2.00.

Location was great for us as we were meeting friends at Elizabeth Quay. Hotel is nice and central.

We were given what seems to be a wheelchair friendly room (disappointingly). The glass sliding shower screen door did not stay shut when in the shower and it needed to be propped with a towel at the roller in order to stay shut. There was absolutely no shelf space or cabinet in the bathroom for toiletries, so nowhere to place anything in there and the toilet was suitable for people with disability and did not have a seat cover. The fan above the shower did not work at all. The hanging space for clothes in the room was very small and did not allow for dresses to be hung as it was a half drop which suited shirts, skirts and jackets only. The tea bags were half missing, as were the coffee pods, and there was no water in the fridge (we noticed bottles of water in the service trollies when the cleaning staff were coming around, so we guessed that we just missed out). The worst things were the pillows! Absolutely terrible. Shocking! Big rectangular pillows were stuffed into narrow cyclindrical pillow slips so that the pillow was so hard and so high, it caused us both neck pain. I found that pulling the pillow out of the pillow slip was much better as the pillow rolled out to it's normal size and was so much more comforable. All the pillows were the same. Please get some decent pillow slips to fit your pillows. There is only free to air TV but you can cast your streaming apps to the TV from your phone or device.

Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Even the restaurant staff and bar staff were amazing. It's rare to find happy, smiling faces in Perth establishments and the Adnate really impressed us. The hotel was very chic, modern and felt classy. The restaurant was wonderful with delicious food and great value for money. Our king room was clean and quiet, as requested. It was great to have a number of USB ports available in the room. Incredibly comfy bed and the bath towels were fluffy and a great size. Great to have a Delonghi coffee macine in the room.

- Loud music coming from the bar next door for 3 out of 5 nights until midnight - The room could use more lighting so you can have mood lighting without the big light on, the bedside ones weren’t effective enough on their own

- Generally very clean hotel - Nice bar and restaurant area - Great breakfast and other food was tasty - Staff were helpful. When I first got to my room I noticed the air con unit had been leaking water onto the floor so I told them and they promptly moved me into another room just opposite the first one - Location was good

Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable - We asked for different pillows, which they provided, but still not the most restful sleep we ever had.

The cleaning staff didn’t come to my room until 4pm or 5pm. I feel that was a little late, considering that I was always getting ready to go out for the night

The hotel was located close to everything shops restaurants and transport. The checkin was very easy. I arrived late at night. I felt safe and secure in this hotel The food was nice and the staff were helpful and nice. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again

Unclear whether booking bikes was possible. Ultimately I think it was supposed to be.

Modern place, helpful staff, good location. Was good to use the free bikes. I was told by some staff they couldn't be booked, but by other staff that I should have. Loved use of the free and frequent cat buses in the city.

Breakfast was very similar day to day. I suppose they need to cater to various palettes. Pool was small but it’s a city hotel so space would be limited.

Location was extremely central. Walking distance to train station. Lotsa bars and shops around. The art deco in the hotel was excellent. Really added a vibe of chic to it. Very clean, love the toilets cos they were kept clean.
