The balcony I had faced nothing but a tall wall and the chairs were very un-comfortable. The area was very hilly and a bit further away from the CBD than I realized.

The place was very clean and the room was very spacious. The pool and pool area was great lots of seating and loungers.

Great boutique (promoting sustainable goods) accomodation. Not too far from the city, yet very cozy and easy to reach. Surrounded by good eateries and shops. Overall exceeds expectations.

My only negative was the car parking it wasn’t explained & very confusing, it wasn’t until looking over the balcony at the pool we saw the large carpark facility which would have been much easier.

We were unexpectedly surprised at the hotel, it was lovely. Our room was very accommodating fir 5 people & comfortable & clean.

The staff Melisa? from reception was absolutely patient and kind for our all requests which is I really appreciate for her help :) we could have comfortable staying at the Johnson because of her. Thank you!

Parts of the areas around the exterior of the property were tired (entrance to carpark and the view from the pool of what seemed to be untidy residential balconies let it down a little)

Nothing really. I had to extend two nights and the message didn’t really get through. They phoned me to say ‘you’re meant to have checked by now’ - when I had definitely been reassured all was fine but these things happen. No one is perfect. Everyone was friendly. No complaints really.

Lovely and friendly and beautifully designed and decorated. No restaurant or room service but surrounded by great places and Uber Eats deliver to the door.

There was a less than welcoming smell likely from drain traps in the bathroom? Managed it with a room scent spray.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Bright, high ceilings, well equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, great shower / bathroom. Great location with free city bus loop stop opposite & fantastic vegan cafe. Awesome secure underground car parking. Loved it.

I didn’t like that some of the hotel rooms on level 2 are facing a carpark and it also felt like there was no privacy. I wonder if perhaps using tall plants or something on the balcony might offer a nicer overall vibe that fits within the resort style they have established, and more privacy for guests.

The property is lovely, and is mixed hotel and apartment living. It has a very resort style vibe to it and when you enter the lobby, it feels light and airy.

If you didn’t sign up with company had to pay $30 for parking however they don’t tell you there’s probably only 5-10 hotel guest car parks under the building and is only one level. I signed up to not pay the $30 parking fee and as I was leaving they tried to charge me again…. all was fine in the end.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

I loved the location and the artwork in the room. The bed was really comfortable and the the high ceilings made it feel spacious.

We had a great one night stay, hotel was perfect. Great location, close to the city. The staff were incredible and treated us with gifts when they found out we were celebrating our 5 year!
