it was very dirty behind the sofa and armchair, the sink was broken, there were no mosquito screens on the doors, if you stay in the summer you won’t be able to open the balcony - flies will arrive

There was only enough dishwashing powder for one cycle. Should just have some dishwashing liquid for manual washes. Didn't like the office carpet but I get that its practical.

Parking on sign at the resort said parking was free. We were charged $25. It was my daughter and myself staying and when asked to use soffer bed in lounge it was another $25. We paid but colleges would not want to sleep together. Office was not open when we went past, due to public holidays. When handing in the key I mentioned 2 points of poor housekeeping and was told as I had not informed them earlier we could be blamed and charged for it. Not impressed. I said by letting management know I felt they could get it fixed so next guests did not have food up the wall near servery and chewing gum on floor on deck

Location was great, close to beach. All cafe, supermarket, beach within walking distance. Off street parking. Unit and facilities good.

Sofa needs replacing, had a grubby old cover on it with a hole in it No milk in room. No laundry detergent in room. No dishwashing liquid in room, was a sachet of dishwasher powder which was useless as no dishwahe in room Nice new vinyl floors but need to provide a broom not just a brush and shovel Lovely new bathroom however glass door and wall of shower was not clean 87

Because we were there for a hospital procedure we were in desperate need of a garden villa on the ground floor. The photo on the internet led us to believe this. When we arrived we were told we were UPGRADED to the top floor. Because we are 75 and needed the ground floor due to hospital procedure. Our request was denied on arrival.

the deluxe studio room had 8 flights of stairs, too much for us especially with luggage. the ground floor apartment was very shabby. a coat of paint badly needed.

Some of the furniture was on its last legs (literally). Only one roll of loo paper supplied for a three night stay.

Well equipped kitchen which enabled us to prepare our own meals. Good location.

The bed should be replaced. We could feel the springs, and it impacted our ability to sleep well. The plumbing should be updated. It was virtually impossible to adjust the temperature in the sinks or the shower - it was either cold or very hot. The kitchen should be better equipped / updated. WiFi in the apartment was very poor at best, and some days non-existent.

Location was excellent - a short walk to the beach, a major shopping mall, and many restaurants.

I booked for 9 nights and the room wasn't serviced mid-stay. The bed wasn't great, but ok. Kitchen was very dated with old fixtures Ceiling fans only know one speed - fast. Foxtel subscription was glitchy

Location is excellent. This is a great place to stay for one or two nights. Especially on those trips where you plan to be outside doing things and not sitting about the room.

Had to pay for parking, the shower mixer needs fixing as you could only have a freezing cold or stinking hot shower and the air vent was hanging out of the roof

No lift so 5 flights of stairs got a bit much. We found food in a cupboard the bread was mouldy & stank. The unit was full of fruit flies. You only got half a roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. Was quite noisy people coming & going slamming door's.

Close to Broadbeach easy 5 min walk. Also Pacific Fair only 10min walk. Nice pool with lounges to relax on. Unit has washer/ dryer so you don't come home with a mountain of washing.

the shower temperature was impossible to get right, was either scolding hot or ice cold. car park spaces were so tiny you felt like you’d hit someone. $300 cleaning deposit was a bit much considering the time we spent actually in the hotel. wasn’t provided with enough towels to shower with for our stay.

great views from the balcony, wishing we were situated with better views, incredible spa and pool facilities as well as great underground, locked parking. provided with kitchen utensils.
