Shower head very tiny. Made showering uncomfortable. Felt you had to run around to get wet properly.

The parking and look of the place. The parking needs to be approved and the place needs a lot of work done.

The staff were nice. It was easy to get to and easy to get around Sydney from there.

Not much to complain about but the pillows could have been fuller. Overall very happy with this small motel. Will be wonderful once renovated.

Very clean room and bathroom. Close walk to shops and train station. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

On arrival the so called receptionist (MICHAEL) was positively RUDE ..no eye contact ,with a”couldn’t and won’t” care attitude.An attitude that said “he did not wish to be here”. On check in another couple from Gold Coast experienced,worse rudeness than I.They left frustrated to find another place!!!

I stayed there over 10 years ago when my son was having an op at hornsby hospital. I think the rooms are still the same. time for some renovations. very old shower ran cold half way thru my shower bed hard. just needs an overhaul

Perhaps the option of sitting out on the little balcony due to the door being bolted shut.

Once I found the location, it was good. I also liked the antique style furniture in the room, cute.

A nice outdoor area to sit in.

Comfy beds, clean room, very helpful staff. I enjoyed walking around the premises for my morning walk. It is very handy to family to visit.

Yes, it's a bit dated and needs reno, but most of the motels do. Normally you stop over to have a rest and be comfortable, warm and not be disgusted by place being filthy. I think this motel is good for this. Maybe would be nice if shower curtain is replaced, as it shows a bit of mould on it. There was a slight smell of urine around the toilet, was not bothering us much, but worth noting. Please make sure walls and floors are mopped too when room is cleaned. Main ceiling light didn't work, however, there are plenty of other lamps, so it's just a bit confusing at the start, when you arrive after sunset and it's the first switch that you try. Tap in the sink was not fixed to the sink, that was funny 😆 Still functional, but still. Please fix it on the sink. This motel has one of those old yellow in-wall aircons, it's quite noisy, but does the job. At night room keeps the temperature ok, so you don't have to choose heating vs sleeping. Would be nice though if it's modernised. Note on the price: most of other motels have microwave, and cost less. This would be lovely if it is provided in the room.

After reeding the reviews, I was quite skeptical, as a lot of them were saying it's dirty, mouldy, not comfortable etc. We just had no other choice, so we stayed anyway, but we were quite pleased that it's actually not bad at all. A lot of the motels are waaay worse. It was clean in general, and quite well maintained. Quiet neighbourhood, no noise at night. Comfy bed, plenty of power outlets. Late check in with a safe box, no problem at all, reception sent clear instructions for us.

Great Hotel manager. Did whatever he could to make the stay nicer. Restaurant downstairs was good. All in all, good location, right near the bus and train

The decor is dated. The tap in the sink wasn't fitted properly. The main light wasn't working.

Good value for the location. The bed was basic but comfortable enough.
