Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Our hosts Evelyn and Terry are unique, offering transfers from and to the airport!! We felt very welcomed. The brekky was just outragious; we haven't seen such a big choice-you name it, they had it. Would definitely come back and stay there again. Can recommend AoS for sure. It is a 10 of 10

United KingdomChickens outside our window we're noisy and woke us up. We like chickens. We used to have chickens ourselves but not next to our bedroom window. I think they are next doors chickens so probably not much can be done about it. Would not stop us going back because everything else was perfect.
Lots of choice for breakfast. My wife is gluton intolerant and Evelyn supplied cereal and bread without hesitation.

Very pleasant hosts in this B & B close to the airport. They provided a free shuttle service to the airport first thing in the morning and did it willingly. Plenty of food options for breakfast.

United KingdomThe room is connected to basin and shower but not directly to the toilet which is a bit weird. The room may not be big enough if you have 3 suitcases like us. But it was just for one night so it's good enough.
The location is less than 5 mins drive from the airport terminal 3&4. We arrived after midnight so we got an uber but the host gave us a lift back to airport next morning to pick up our car. The room is clean and we had a nice few hours to clean and rest after the long-haul flight to refresh ourselves before our trip starts.

The property was conveniently located close to Perth airport. We flew in one evening and were flying out the next evening. The excellent hosts, Evelyn and Terry collected us from the airport and worked out a plan for the next day , which involved storing our luggage while we went to Fremantle, then meeting us at the station near the airport with our luggage and dropping us at the terminal. The bedroom was very comfortable and we also had a sitting / dining room. A good selection of continental breakfast provisions were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

United KingdomDecor was very dated - it felt like you were staying at your Great-aunt Maud's complete with religious statues next to the bed Breakfast - there is lots of cereal and toast, yoghurt, potted fruit. No cooked breakfast. You can hear the owners talking in their flat - noise carries.
Friendly, kind patrons who offer airport pick up and drop off within certain hours. Very accommodating. Closeness to airport. Order an Uber when you get there rather than pre booking a taxi as there is a huge waiting fee tacked on if you do the latter. Accommodation offers your own room, bathroom, WC and breakfast room. Clean, tidy, comfy for a one night stay.
