Has all the great recipes to be one of the best family hoilday weekends but you can see with the maintenance side of things things in the unit needed repairs and the feeling I had with the place was getting to be more of a money grab needs to be a package deal thing. you can't go their without doing everything that's readying available to do as your golf, arcard place, paddle boats lunch, tea splash golf and a few hundred dollars for the weekend turns into a thousand which may be good for business now in return it's too Hexy to come back kind of thing with a decent family package could be back every month. Also had tw o basketball kids under 10 and hoop was way too high no biggie but little kids need one too 😄

We had a studio room which was ok, adjoined to another room through a connecting door . Very small but adequate for the night . It was shank night we had preordered but they only had one left, the staff were very apologetic and gave a couple of free drinks . Ended up having the salmon it was overcooked and very unfortunately and my husband said the shank wasn’t that nice anyway. Shower head was horrible felt kind needles hitting you and hard to adjust . Novel place but wouldn’t stay there again .

hot tub was cool. Breakfast had no fresh fruit or variety of breads/baked goods.

Room was great. Landscape was pleasant. Reception was v good. , great to have a sauna. Room and bed was comfortable. A desk and chair would have been nice. Breakfast was pleasant

No lifts, suitcases were heavy. Spare bed sheets smelt of must.

Says king size bed BUT is two singles pushed together, not good enough!! Our cabin (511) had corflute (the same plastic election signs are made from) as a backsplash in the shower and around the spa instead of tiles! That is shameful and worse than cheap! The pillows were thick lumpy and bumpy! Worse pillows I've probably ever attempted to sleep on. I ordered the steak for my dinner (scotch fillet for memory) tasted really really nice BUT was not much thicker than 10-12mm and not very large! Certainly not comparable in size/thickness to scotch fillets I've had at many other places. There is ZERO phone reception (I'm with Optus) basically everywhere around the site. There is free wifi which has ZERO reception everywhere around the complex. It probably works in the main reception area but everywhere else no reception! Not good enough in 2024!! Also there is no designated parking spot outside the cabin's, something that could be easily fixed. Other than these few issues it's a lovely location and I would likely return

Additionally, the non-existent internet connection was disappointing, as it was not up to par with what I had expected. I shared my data with my roommates. The washing machine was available at some stage and has been removed. It would have been quite convenient to have it available for use during the stay.

The room was undoubtedly cozy, with a bed comfortable enough to lull you to sleep and a doona that kept you warm throughout the night. However, I noticed that some of the power points in the lounge room were in dire need of an update, as they posed a safety risk.

the villa seemed like it could do with a little bit of refurbishment in some places.there was some evidence of wear and tear on the room from the many previous guests. paint pealing, rust etc but nothing major.

being in a well equiped villa was very nice, neighbouring villas were not noisy at all, it was very peaceful overall. the view from the balcony was quite pleasant too :) on the last day we had breakfast at the bistro which was lovely and so well cooked. the art work in the room and bistro was very nice and quite unique :)
