No air conditioning in the bedroom. Steam room on the 9th floor was out of order and the Sauna room doesn't really heat up properly due to the floor size, could do with a second heating unit in there.

This property had everything we required for our 6 night stay in Melbourne. It is within easy walking distance from trains and trams, Southern Cross Station is only a 5 minute walk away. Marvel Stadium is also within easy walking distance. The cooking facilities are excellent, the beds comfortable, the apartment was clean and there was plenty of room in the bathroom/shower. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and happy to help with hints on how best to get to the places we were planning on visiting. As we were not there for an entire week, the apartment was not serviced, but when we ran out of toilet paper, the staff were happy to organise a few spare rolls. We pre-organised a late check-in (outside reception hours) and it was a simple process, even for two very weary travellers. There is a Coles supermarket nearby if you want to take advantage of having your own kitchen, but there are also plenty of eateries nearby. We loved the apartment, and will definitely return here when next in Melbourne.

Fantastic staff greet you and set the scene for a wonderful stay. Apartment was so comfortable and roomy. Really clean modern apartment with brand new appliances. Great View. Very comfortable bed. Spa / pool area was just Lux and and so welcome after big days in Melbourne. Great location too. Round the corner from Southern Cross Station. Coles there too for groceries. Thanks so much for looking after us. We will be back. It was a very memorable stay. Highly rate it.

Issues with door onto balcony from living room. The door would not lock. This was reported to reception on departure and we were informed this was an issue with several apartments on that side of the building we were in. However, this is a serious safety flaw especially if a family with children were to stay in it. This needs immediate attention!!!!

Everything, the apartment and facilities. We used the gym, pool, spa and steam room; which were very luxurious. Apartment had everything we needed including all the little things in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer perfect.

We loved the view from our room and the space we had it was amazing. We also got to enjoy the steam room, sauna and pool which was very nice. The hotel was also located in such a convenient spot, and the staff were all so friendly. Smiles were given and hellos everyime we walked in. We most certainly look forward to coming back here again.

The A/C in our unit didn’t reach the bedroom, so a portable fan might be a good option (but the ability to open the windows helped)

Ours was a beautiful apartment, fully equipped with the comforts of home (and more!). We couldn’t have been more comfortable. The building is in a great location and has a wonderful daytime staff on hand to point the way.
