Not able to select option for bed on booking. I am unable to think of anything else.

We were not able to have selected twin beds on booking so king bed greeted my friend and I on arrival. We asked for the bed to be split and this was done the next day. We were pleased to have a hair dryer available. The kitchen facilities were available and contents were clean.

tv was very poor quality, selection of tv channels abysmal. there were no instructions how to use any of the kitchen appliances despite a threatening note to use properly. there were no instructions how to use the 2 in 1 washer, dryer and the symbols are not universal. there was no one available to help at the front desk when you needed it and very little information was given at check in

The windows were not sound insulated and traffic noise could be heard. However, we were tired enough not to be affected by the noise. The hotel does not have luggage storage facilities as we were leaving the city for one night and returning to the same hotel.

The room was a one bed room apartment with en-suite bathroom and combined living area, dining area and kitchenette. The kitchenette was reasonably equipped. The bathroom had a washing machine and even a sink for hand washing clothes, which I appreciated.

No pool or common lounge for gathering in large groups, although they had a restaurant down the ground floor outside reception facing the street. Otherwise, the lobby’s two seater couch was where we waited around with our luggages, as the Uber was on the way for our airport pickup.

It was right in the center of northbridge and to us, the place pointed to all the diverse food and cultural sites where we easily walked to and fro the museum (boola bardip), train station with rides heading for our Rottnest Island day tour plus pubs, shopping centres, 24/7 convenience stores down the street. Excellent comfort with their soft linens and fluffy pillows too! Small budget room, so it covered quite Good AC amidst the summer heat. Corner room gave us enough privacy for good sleep after long days out.

Although I do not expect daily housekeeping for my 10 nights stay, cleaning on the every 4th morning would suffice.

I like that the cleaning supplies- dish & laundry detergent and housekeeping supplies were given when asked. Would be great if they check and replenish those daily without having to ask them for.

Was sent sms option to upgrade to executive suite. It was actually a disabled friendly room, so yeah, it was bigger, but it wasn't necessarily a suite. Expectation setup in my head didn't match what i found on arrival. Would have been better if sms said larger diabled friendly room. Would likely still have taken it.

Good location for exploring. Close enough to cbd, and good food options close by.

Compact bed and sitting area. Very limited supplies ie Tea and Coffee, considering we stayed for 5 nights. No room service which is ok for short stay but we had no way of removing our rubbish. Very small bin.

Full laundry facilities. Kitchen good. Big TV. Quiet location. Close to restaurants and Pubs.

No negatives though it is a hotel that offers no communal areas. That didn't bother us but it might fir some. Also, Reception staff are available 9 am to 5 pm (not sure what happens with an overnight emergency).

In a good location for city centre, it offered a 1 bedroom apartment with good facilities including fridge / cooking hobs. Clean, well-presented rooms, excellent bathroom facilities with washer / dryer for clothes.

I was staying for 8 nights and my room was only cleaned twice during this time: The sheets were changed the day before my departure. I had to ask for new towels twice otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten any in time. But that was not much of a problem. Also there are a few coffee pads provided even tho they don’t get refilled. So consume wisely!I just brought my own instant coffee which was ok. Also both bed lights were broken and made funny noises so I never turned them on.

The hotel is located close to William St with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants and you only walk a few minutes to Perth Station. the kitchen facilities with a fridge were super convenient to keep the drinks cold for a beach day.

Staff worked short hours and I was out the whole day. I couldn’t contact housekeeping to make the room.

I liked that the room was well-furnished and that it came with a washing machine + dryer + free detergent. It also came with a clothes rack for you to dry your laundry.

Note there is quite a fee on any credit card bookings which is buried in the fine print, after hours check-in means no one really tells you this until you see your bank statement. Recommend using a debit card if you can!

I stay here semi-regularly, room was off the main road this time and quieter which was really nice. Beds are comfy and the kitchenette is handy. You can hear louder noises if they're nearby, e.g. adjacent rooms, but its pretty decent. I'd stay again. Great little pasty shop just up the street which does fab coffee.

The noise from outside was loud. There was a broken handle on our bedroom window which didn't allow us to close it to block out some of the noise. There was a lack of teabags in the room. 2 teabags for 2 nights stay plus the soap situation. For the price we paid I expected a lot more. No staff at reception on weekends.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, but worn - socket outlets worn to the point where plugs simply fall out, skirting boards pulling away from walls, windows that no longer latch closed.

The location is great - it's a quick walk into Perth CBD or you can catch the free CAT service at the bus stop just around the corner from the hotel. The beds were comfortable and city noise (plus neighbour noise) was minimal during the evening. We had no issues getting a good night's rest. The room and linen was cleaned every 3-4 days, and they did a thorough job of cleaning.

The room could have been cleaner. Dishes were dirty upon arrival and there were smudges and scoffs on walls and surfaces. This didn’t get any better after the weekly cleaning.

The 'city view' was a close brick wall of the building next door. The apartment was serviced once during a six day stay.

Good location into the CBD. The restaurant attached (next door on Newcastle) was good value, even without a discount.
