Check-in was simple & straight forward - even though I arrived after office was shut. You just ring the number on the door & everything was sorted quickly. I needed to make cash payment & I was allocated to my room over the phone & within 15 mins a staff member came to collect payment. This was great as I was exhausted from traveling all day. Rooms nice & clean.

The bugs!!!! I woke during the night to baby cockroaches crawling over me. My daughter noticed 2 empty cans of bug killer in the bin outside the room and an almost empty one in the room.

scaling paint in the bathroom, ridiculously little space, dirty chairs, door damaged from what seemed to be a crashing fist, threadbare towels, no crockery provided, no cutleries provided, only a ridiculous tiny teaspoon given, two carton cups, a dusty toilet roll dispenser, bobbling bedsheet linen. What is worse, there is no welcome email or message. When we turned up, the reception had a laconic message to call up a number. There was no human welcome. When I called, I thought it was an error as there was a machine response. It was a panicky situation before we reason that there was nothing to lose to keep on waiting on the phone. The person on the line just directed us to our room, and advised a premium charge of $20 because of our cat. ATROCIOUS. A DISGRACE.

The permanent residents that are staying there were noisy all night so I had very little sleep. Their was no consideration for other guests at all.

Did not see any member of staff. Had to ring a number to check in and it was only 4.30 in the afternoon. Not exactly made to feel welcome. Rooms needed maintenance.

Being booked in to the motel when there was no more availability. We were so grateful though the company were able to sort us accommodation at their other motel

As there was a mess up with the booking and we could not stay at this exact motel we were moved to another hotel standpipe run by the same company with an upgrade with no extra charge was a really nice stay

If need to complain the parking which was a bit too open. But really not an issue.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was a mixup in the booking where the person went out of his way to fix the issue. Quite happy with the service provided.

Noisy from traffic and service station. Wet Toilet tissue on the floor in bathroom made me feel like the place wasn’t clean even though it was actually clean and dust free. Dated and old. Not worth 120 a night when compared to the other motel I stayed night before for 106 which was exceptional. No staff on site. Had to call a number and my room was open with key left inside.

Had laundry facilities. 1 washer 1 drier. Bbq you could use. Room was mostly clean.

The amenities were very basic and you had to close the bathroom door to use the kettle and microwave. I don’t think it justifies $120/night.

It was easy to check in and the location was close to the main road. Excellent water pressure!
