Room was upgraded however spa did not work. The folder in the room said a continental breakfast was available for free. We went to the restaurant to find it locked. The ladies cleaning the room next to ours said no breakfast here...

- Whilst towels are clean, they need a whitening. My towels had a pink hue to them. - Self check inn does not work. Myself and many others there were unable to use the self check in. The reviews also confirm this. - The pool gate has a permanent lock on it. No access to pool. - No hair-dryer (in the room I was staying in, cannot speak for other rooms) - Customer service is below average.

The second bed had no top sheet, freezer was defrosting and so staff had used the towels on the floor to catch excess water from freezer, we had to ask for extra towels, and English was not their first language so when I asked for a top sheet they had no idea what I meant

This is an old motel so there are a lot of things that need updating and attention.

Grubby marks on cushions and grubby appearance of sofa, also the bottom of shower curtain were stained.

Chose this motel for its price, it is an older style, with very good size rooms. Furnishings a bit tired but wouldn’t take much to lift standard.

Shower recess only had a shower curtain on a semi circular rail on two sides. Also there was a permanent puddle between the shower and the toilet.

My fault, didn’t check if there was another entrance/ exit. Our vehicle was too high to go under the portico, therefore it remained on the street during our stay. It was noisy…I think it was the air conditioning from other units, especially near the office.

Room…good size , clean and well lit. Bathroom was spacious. Nice view of the park opposite. Easy checkin.

Our room was upstairs, and the stairs were relatively narrow. The room did not have some of the basic advertised items or information, but these were readily provided after asking for them at reception.

The room was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The facilities met expectations. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. It was located nearby to reasonable dining facilities.

Very dark decor in the rooms, toilet leaking making bathroom floor vey wet & slippery. Once reported just put tape around pipe, didn’t work!! Had a pool but couldn’t use it which was very disappointing as the weather was still hot.
