Parking outside of room 8. Big 4 wheel drive took our spot, as no direct parking outside that room and with another large vehicle on the other side, we had to park in the front carpark area.. Luckily, we had already unpacked our car earlier. Not fun trying to pack it the next morning. No response from management that night to my phone call. Parking bays need to be clearly marked and numbered so guests can park outside their room. Was concerned all night about the safety of our car.

My only very small problem was we arrived late so there wasn't enough lighting from the streets for the turn into the driveway but it honestly wasn't that bad just needed to be aware of traffic late at night.

We were passing through, so the location for me was great as we got to go through town to get to the lodge. It's not far from the Hume Highway which was great. The customer service was amazing. Very responsive to all requests, we got in a bit late, but the receptionist was so welcoming and had some great suggestions about where to go and very informative. The room was beautiful, the heater had already heated up the room so it was warm and comfortable, the rooms were easy to get to and everything we needed was inside. Very modern and easy to use. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous attentive staff. Great affordable stay, rooms spacious, very clean and comfortable. Short drive to the CDB. Restaurant on site. Great little in room kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery/cutlery and fresh local milk. Free parking. Highly recommend to solo travellers

Showers/plumbing is very loud from inside your room from your own bathroom and neighbours bathroom.

Very accessible and easy location to find the perfect distance from everything, very clean good sized rooms with everything you need, plenty of spare pillows and blankets, beautifully clean and modern bathroom (shower is a bit small and pokey but very clean and great water pressure) smart tv, nice dark towels/floor mat instead of white which is actually so nice and comforting. Close to the road so you do hear the occasional truck go by, but not enough to keep you up at night. Heaps of spacious parking. Friendly staff. Beautiful place.

The beds are a bit firm for me, & the water temp fluctuates when showering is all.

This was my second visit to AH, it's a pretty 10 min drive to town but feels like a bit of an oasis, the staff are super friendly & professional, checking in & out is quick & easy, the grounds are well kept & the rooms are really clean, you have everything you need including a microwave in a huge room, interconnecting rooms are great when travelling with friends or family, parking at your front door, a little bit of road noise overnight but otherwise I highly recommend AH!

There is road noise which is expected in a busy main road and we could hear the tv of the Neighbours.

A lovely place set back from the road on the outskirts of wagga. Staff were lovely. Room was clean and shower was great.

The hot and cold taps in the shower have no logic in their positioning and we felt could lead to a guest burning themselves whilst trying to adjust hot/cold. Truly feel this should be looked at. NEVER seen positioning so bizarre!!!

Breakfast was excellent and catering staff and office staff were excellent.

Sad that the restaurant was closed but it's a different establishment and has nothing todo with the motel. Plenty of eateries close by though.

Staff went out of their way to make our visit perfect. I drove up from Mannering Park and arrived 3 hours early..Not a problem. I was booked in, given a key to a 5 star room and waited for my partner to arrive. Nothing was to much trouble.

Internet a bit slow at times - this was a minor inconvenience

Staff very friendly and helpful, room very clean, bed linen and towels excellent, restaurant on premises excellent, good sized room, tv modern, bathroom excellent, great to have kettle/toaster/fridge/microwave in room - not to mention plates & cutlery!
