The mattress is too soft and sinks the body. It could be a little firmer to be more comfortable.

Parking was horrible, ended up getting a parking ticket. There were no signs to tell us not to park. The hotel parking was a joke.

The vending machine prices displayed are deceptive, $3.50 for a coke but charged $3.80. Asked staff but was told that was a surcharge. Nowhere on the machine says a surcharge would be applied… Also the facilities never ever open at 7am as promised, consistently late. Parking is pain due to permanent residents.

Very accommodating, booked again and was allowed to stay in the same room without having to move to another room…

The lounge was quite uncomfortable for an evenings TV watching, no Air con in the bedroom

The room was adequate and in that it was value for money, air con was efficient although only in the lounge room making sleeping a little uncomfortable, although over the 2 days of our stay it did cool down.

Rooms were a bit dated but reasonable, pillows were too thick for me, there were a few small roaches in the kitchen area, the local area is somewhat lacking restaurants etc.

Spacious room, good size balcony, sea was visible from the balcony, rooms was well equipped, good water pressure ans temperature, Beds were comfortable, lifts were quick, pool was large, plenty of sun loungers, hot tub was nice, two rainbow lorikeets visited one morning, beach is only a short walk.

The only thing I could really fault were the pillows. They were so hard and horrible and actually gave me a terrible headache. All the pillows in the room were the same so I couldn't swap it for a better one. The bed itself was very comfortable though. The jets in the Spa for the hotel were also a little weird. They blow straight up, so you just sit there and get water all over your face and head. We preferred not to use them, however if other guests turned them on we either had to position ourselves to cover the jets, or we got out.

Lovely big room with modern, nice looking furniture. We were very pleasantly surprised with the size, style and facilities in the room. Good value for money. Loved the addition of a single bed in the main living area. So much better than a fold out sofa and more comfortable for the 3rd guest.

I would have preferred the room to be a bit more clean. When we first entered the room there was a very strong smell of closed and dampness, which we did get rid of eventually after keeping all the windows open. There is a bit of dust here and there but nothing major and rusted areas in the bathroom maybe not the most appealing details. Overall nothing major that I didn’t like

The property has a nice view and it’s really close to the beach

Not really anything, just the vending machines didn’t work. So lost money in those. And 1 hour late check out was $19 and 2 hrs is $59. Thought that was odd and never heard of. Most places I have never paid extra.

Big rooms and newly renovated. Beautiful pool area.

Funny smell in the room, not bad but not pleasant. Go for higher storey rooms and ones facing the city.

Our room was large, Clean and freshly decorated! Although it had a basic kitchen with a full dishwasher microwave and full fridge. It had only very small breakfast bowl and plates to cook in the microwave but had utensils that you would use on a cooktop!!! (Weird) The balcony was terrible it was dirty and had the air conditioner outlet and had no outlook as we were on the ground level it was high concrete wall! Just a hot box!

I booked a cheaper room with 2 single beds. (It was $390 for 2 nights) When we arrived, the room was small & claustrophobic, it looked like a room for 2 children & had a connecting room next door. Incidentally we paid for an upgrade to a 1 brm deluxe room, it was spacious & had a large balcony for an extra $70 a night. The shower had some mould growing in it & smelled bad. The WiFi password wasn't supplied in the room.

Location was OK, Pool area pleasant.

Very limited parking. Not keen on the pre-checkin SMS either (specifically having to upload my license)I don't mind filling in some details but sharing an image that includes a photo/signature/CRN/full name and D.O.B online across devices I don't like, and I was advised upon arrival there was no other way to check-in other than via the SMS link.

Good value, very spacious bedroom and living area, good location - 10/15 minute walk to Cavill Av area.
