Cleaning could have been a bit better as only cleaned Ince every 5 days (which I did know about). Although a single room it was smaller than expected.

There was no one at reception at check out time, would have been nice to have someone there as I wanted to ask if I could leave my suitcase somewhere whilst I went and got some breakfast. My bedroom looked right into the next apartment window so felt like I needed to have my blinds closed at all times for some privacy. Man at reception wasn't very friendly upon arrival, didn't even crack a smile

Convenient location to Randwick hospital, public transport nearby. Room was very small but had everything I needed. Very reasonably priced for Sydney too

When in the down stairs room, the noice was quite noticeable from both the room beside me as well as above. Pungent smells from people cooking in the kitchen was also distinct but fine once I got in my room and the door was closed and airconditioner was on.

This property and their staff were both outstanding. I was staying there as my daughter had surgery over at the POW hospital, and her stay was longer than expected. They went out of their way to find me rooms for additional nights, the cleaning staff moved my language as I was at the hospital, and the location was perfect. The rooms were extremely clean and had everything I needed.

The noise travels between the rooms easily,I was able to hear other guests talking and their TV'S clearly. There was something loose on the outside of the building that was banging in the wind.

Location, facilities and staff where great. Everything was comfortable and relaxing.

No insect screen on my window which I needed to keep my window shut during the night as I’d seen a couple of mosquitoes on my first night. Also, when I checked out, I would have liked to go for a walk while waiting for my lift to the airport but there didn’t seem to be anywhere safe to leave my bag.

I needed accommodation in Randwick and it was well located.

the bedding wasn’t very comfy and you do hear what’s going on in other rooms particularly when it was busy over the weekends.

the team were really friendly and helpful when I had questions. it was difficult to get a hold of them outside of reception hours but I managed that. it was good to have a kitchen to make food. the location was so great!

First we didn’t know there was a kitchen so that was great when we found it . The location was fantastic for what our trip required hotel close shops close light rail close not far to city and airport . First impressions were that the room was small however it suited our needs was very clean and a comfortable bed. Staff were great. We would stay there again . Thank you
