My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. Pam was a thoughtful and generous host and the location meant we could wander to the beach, kayak, laze in the spa, massage chair or comfy couches with a plethora of games. This place is awesome. It is mere Steps from the beach. Clean. All the amenities and supplies you could need. Pam is super friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Hot tub is amazing on the balcony.

From the moment we found ‘San Pedro’ online, we knew that we had found an absolute gem! The information provided and the smooth transaction of booking, clear and informative instructions and communication was 10/10👏 We are familiar with the area, however the breathtaking views, incredible private beach access location, and the quirky yet stylish high end vibe of the property sets it apart from the rest. Exceptionally clean and provides everything and more that anyone could ask for, all seasons. It caters for couples on a romantic weekend getaway or a small group gathering for a family reunion/celebration., a Cosey winter weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and joint birthdays, and the welcome and attention to detail to embrace our special weekend was over and above anything we could have imagined! The location is outstanding, within walking distance to everything that Frankston has to offer. Parking facilities great, amazing for our two puppies, enclosed/fenced large enough area for them to stretch their legs outside. We were able to organise a late check out, offered kindly to us which was appreciated to enable us to enjoy the experience further. All round, perfect! Large TV, great spa, (didn’t utilise this time) clean and inviting, awesome bed, ensuite, and kitchen utensils/crockery. Owners were a delight to engage with from start to finish.

we had a small error in dates and the owners droppped everything on a sunday and made up the apartment. unreal customer service and the little things in the place, 2 different types of milks, some nibblies, softdrinks in the fridge and a pre warmed spar. awesome place

Nothing I did not like as all the facilities and utensils provided were at the excellent standard.

The accommodation has a direct access to the beach from the backyard, which was awesome for my family (given that I have young kids under 7), so we could have so much fun there. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful for us, providing all the helpful information not only for the accommodation itself, but local events nearby. My family was so impressed!

My kids found the beds in the living area uncomfortable & ended up in the main bed with me - not a huge problem as the king in the main bedroom was huge & very comfortable.

Awesome location. We loved the view & private path to the beach. The welcome pack of snacks was much appreciated after a long day. We were in Frankston to visit family & it was the perfect base for us.

The airbed had a slow leak unfortunately...so we used our own airbed. A few more mugs would be in order, we had 4 at our disposal. I am certain if we had mentioned this to the host it would have been resolved.

We really enjoyed the location and so did our 4 legged friend. We did not meet the host but communication was good and all was done to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. They even organized a brand new toaster after we asked for one. They also arranged an airbed for our rather tall 15yr old.

No fenced yard for dogs but did have a fenced paved side area that was adequate. No milk but lots of other goodies supplied.

The location was great. Communication was excellent. Shops, places to eat and beach all well within waking distance. Very good provisions.

The jacuzzi had put too much chemicals cause my skin rashes. If anyone has sensitive skin, not recommended to use. Stairs access, not suitable for disabled people.

Excellent location. Clean and tidy. Host responded to all enquiry and even give me surprised arrangements during our stay. We had a wonderful time.

Everything was great, from beginning to end. Will definitively come back. Potential improvement : There are colour lamps on the terrace but can't be activated. Placing a switch (on/off) easily accessible somewhere on the terrace (not above the jacuzzi however) would definitively add a great touch of romantic atmosphere at night.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The view, the facilities and the effort gone to by the hosts. I made a few special requests and they went above and beyond to deliver on those for me.
