The check-in time frame is small. I arrived after reception was closed (around 5pm) and was having trouble with the self check in process. There is a sign with a phone number to call, but nobody answered after several rings. Luckily, I was able to sort everything out with booking.com. Otherwise, I would have literally been locked out of the building. I never received a call back from the hostel. Overall, it was a good experience, but there should be a way to get in contact with the hostel.

The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the common areas. I was nervous to stay because there were many bad reviews. However, I didn't find any major issues with the physical aspect of the hostel.

I lived in what looked like an old office with 2 beds, the other person seemed to live there full time and had taken over the room with her stuff. No bathrooms nearby.

Kitchen tables and benches were always dirty, sinks always full of filthy crockery & cutlery. Management need to step up and take an active involvement. Staff can only do so much. Lazy guests take advantage of situations like this when they can get away with it and nothing is done.

Everything when you left your room. Hostel is really big so there are a loooot of people, even off season. Only one kitchen for so much people is a minus. It was not a cozy hostel, the common areas were quite messy and old. People were loud and partying after 22.

The rooms were okey! Beds comfortable, lockers, everything new. Rooms quite small if they are full.

Table at the night-exit were just right under our window so until past midnight was impossible to sleep. The first night a drunk guy started yelling in the corridor in the middle of the night and fell asleep in the stairs, peeing himself (you can still find the mark ok the second floor).

The drinking area right below my room. Party went on until 2.30am. Because I couldnt close my window, I had to put up with the noise from below (of at least 20people) and the smell of weed wafting in from the smokers as well

This place is great location. But the staff attitude was not good…I used a washing machine and dryer and needed to book for using it then they gave to me a laundry room’s key. Also I needed to pay deposit for the key ($20) but it was not only for the key. It was including laundry fee too($8/ hour). I’ve never heard that when I went to the reception. He just said you need to pay deposit for the key. Then when I finished my washing I returned the key to reception then I asked him that refund the deposit. But he said you used for your laundry almost 3 hours so you can’t receive your deposit. I don’t have any proof of it so I couldn’t say anything to this reception guy. So I would say when you use the washing machine please choose quick mode and finish everything in 1 hour.

The interior was minimal, it is a large building with many rooms and hallways, and the carpet is unfurnished along with the rest of the (interior bathrooms bedrooms hallways)
