Great location, very quiet and easy to get to. The staff were super helpful. Good pubs and eateries nearby as well as public transport. Can leave your car there and explore Perth.

It was fine for the money

For the rate I paid it was better in some ways than I expected. The guy that checked us in was very friendly and gave us a better room as we needed 2 beds. Coffee pods not expected and room was spacious and comfortable although bathroom needs Reno.

Room was secure, clean and tidy, though the bathroom needs an update. Bathroom door was peeling from water damage and the bathroom stayed damp. Fine for an overnight stop.

Check in process was simple and quick, bed was comfortable, complimentary items (coffee, shampoo, etc) were nice quality, check out was easy. We arrived late and left early mid-week so there was no issue of noise from other guests, very peaceful. Close to CBD and cafe.

Cant do any cooking and no pool to swim even some days was hot.

Bathroom run down. Couldn't use access card at front door about 12am and had to ring phone number for help. Contact person was off site and couldn't immediately assist.

Staff very friendly Rooms nicely presented. Coffee machine, fridge. Good restaurant downstairs. Great location. IGA nearby.

The smoking problem needs to be addressed and the place really needs a pool. The tv also needs to be replaced we had it on full blast and couldn’t hear it

Location and the comfort and fit out of the room was almost unbeatable but the motel needs a pool very badly. The tv was a p o s too but those are easily fixed. Smokers should not be expected to leave the property when requiring relief

Location -within walking distance to Optus Stadium Rooms - The room was so much nicer than the photos advertised on booking.com. The photo at booking.com made the motel looked old fashion. In fact, the room actually looked modern, clean and came with nice pillows and a capsule coffee machine. The hotel should consider upgrading their photos to reflect this change as this will help to increase their room bookings. We came to Perth for Cold Play Concert and stayed at Perth for one week. We only booked for two nights here. If I knew the motel looked like totally different from the photos they advertised, I would have booked for more days. Environmentally sustainable - no single use body forms in the toilet and have solar system on the roof.

The main lights in the room were bright white. We ended up just using the bedside lamps for lighting as the white light just doesn't feel nice.

Location was within walkable distance to Optus Stadium. Also the Yellow free CAT bus stops were nearby, making going into the city a breeze. Nearby cafe called Wassup Dogs is open early at 6am with great coffee and amazing hot dogs. I always try to book rooms at places with a laundry room so that I can pack clean clothes back home. The front desk staff were amazing (special mention to Annu, Andrea and Rachel).

Because of our late arrival we were given a code to release our key. WELL,, someone changed to code number. They sent us an email but we were mid flight . A DISASTER. Also having to supply photo ID and $100 deposit could have waited until the morning so that I didn't have to compromise my credit card and photo ID over the email system. They had excellent bed linen and towelling etc. We didn't have any communication with the staff at all.

There is a lovely italian restaurant ( Bellavista)attached to Motel but not owned/run by them however closed on the night we stayed.

We have stayed in this motel quite a few times when living in WA. and it has always been good especially the secure parking being a bonus.
