My husband requires disabled parking. When we complained about cars being parked without required acrod sticker she said she was staff and was allowed to park there. Maybe a staff carspot is required so those in need can use the allotted acrod parking. Incredibly It took some convincing for us to get her to move the car

The apartments are only serviced after 8 days so this was a little disappointing and the office was available from 9 till 4 which made it difficult when we were out all day.

Check-in process was easy and straightforward. Location for us was very good and close to everything we needed. Provision of car park was also handy.

The living room curtain was a bit see through, people from the other side of the street can’t see though.

I didn’t know there were two bathrooms at the time of booking which was a bonus! Great value for money! I loved the big balcony too! Very spacious apartment!

Was locked out of underground parking after key card was deposited in key box at end of stay. Had to ring manager and then had to walk to Bailey's Hotel to collect key card to get access to underground carpark. Maybe put a reminder on the lobby key box that there is another key box at the lower parking area to avoid this happening?

Aside from the slow Wi-Fi which is more of an NBN problem, everything was great

Stayed at Bailey’s over a 5-day extended weekend. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. The kitchen was clean and having 2 bathrooms is super convenient with 2 teens in the family. There’s a small grocery store within walking distance and the Perth free cat bus is just blocks away.

Needed some TLC. Limited receptionist. No servicing for the six nights we were there. Had to ask for more/clean towels. Had single beds - fine, but one was really not suitable as springs gone etc and made a lot of noise when getting out of it

housekeeper need to have a training for customer service whenever I asked something ,they are so rude. one of staff came to our room middle of the night and wake us up and told me that somebody complained about us about noise which was not true. The manager called 10 times at night and warning text meager to me about that matter. I was so mad about that and I complained and didn’t get anything from them. they should’ve checked first before knocking and sending and calling me before. I never had this experience anywhere. and the room was not cleaned at all we saw hairs ,dust everywhere in bed room.

It is a big size room, and very clean. All things I need in the room, washing machine and Dryer combo, dishwasher oven, very convenient for stay over the week.

Apartments are a great size, especially with teenagers. Balcony space is a nice addition. Reception, although limited hours, is very helpful and informative. Location is great and central.

Carpet in lounge and bedroom was stained and quite dirty. In bedroom stain on carpet looked like bodily fluid at end of bed. Carpet needed a good clean. Gym had broken equipment and missing equipment. Basement carpark was very tight to manoeuvre vehicle. If no park very hard to turn vehicle and exit.

Space was good as was location. TV's were good as were balconies Kitchen was well appointed
