Our only feedback is that a dedicated pool towel would have been useful in the apartment to avoid wet towels once showering / swimming.

5 nights and our rate didn't include housekeeping, which we knew, & would have been ok if it were a few nights but probably just needed a once over & fresh towels during our stay as we were there for 5. Otherwise happy with our stay.

Great modern apartment, everything we needed and handy with onsite cafe and IGA, would definitely stay again.

Just the parking was the tiniest bit confusing but it was probably the best parking you'll find in the city

We noticed that the apartment was very clean and tidy on our arrival. It was serviced daily (which we did not expect) including rubbish removal and beds made and towels changed. We did notice though, that the hardwood floors did not appear to have been washed for a while. Our feet or footwear showed up dirt in these areas. Obviously swept, but perhaps needs a steam mop once a week?

Avani was well located, within easy walking distance of Rundle Mall and the riverbank. A reasonably new property with modern equipment (lifts, gym, pool etc). The apartment was large compared to others we had looked at and was well appointed with coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, decent sized refrigerator and ample space to relax. The IGA store in the same building was a bonus - no hauling groceries across town! Another bonus was the on-site cafe and bar. Great for a relaxing drink at the end of the day and a light meal perhaps? The staff we met were all very welcoming and informative. We had an issue with getting the TV to work on arrival. A quick call to the front desk and a staff member arrived within a few minutes and established that somebody had removed a HDMI cable . All fixed in no time at all! Great service!

Cost of parking per day was high for a 1 week stay and not included in the price of apartment. Most staff were friendly however some appeared to be inexperienced.

Facilities that were available and included were excellent. Pool, steam, sauna, golf simulator, BBQ area, gym and cinema room were well maintained and accessible. Location was excellent, room was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Location was so central. We walked to the Central market for brunch and took in a show at the Fringe with a stroll to Gluttony. We ate at the Mexican society on Saturday night which was within easy walking distance. We loved the pool and the library plus the comfort and spaciousness of our room.

Staff a bit hit and miss and always seemed too busy. It's a 15-20 minute walk to most places in central Adelaide if walking is an issue for you. Parking is extra and I don't think this is noted with the booking.

Nice apartment in a residential block. Excellent facilities (there is a stream room, golf simulator, pool and gym which looked pretty standard). Very comfy bed, good bathroom and kitchen with enough equipment to be able to do most things. Was very quiet at night. Plenty of cafes nearby if you don't want to cook.
