Nothing. They already have plans to improve on what they already have which is great already. We had a two bed self catering unit. Very roomy and light.

Whats not to like at Balgal Beach Units, short walk to the beach, lush quiet setting, wildlife like kangaroos, curlews, water birds, Guinea Fowl and parrots. Beautiful butterflies and snakes and white lipped green tree frogs. Just a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet.If you want more company you can always go to Mystic Sands Golf Club, a short drive away for meals and a cool drink or a round of golf, you can even park your caravan/campervan there overnight so you do not drink and drive. Chemist and doctors next to club. Plenty of wild life around. Rollingstone is a short drive away for Rosco’s general store and papers, groceries etc and fuel with a free caravan parking just up the road. Very well placed property with lovely host and hostess. Thanks for having us, we will be back. Great value for a very reasonable cost. Beautiful private pool area.

Nothing, it was perfect for a quiet long weekend.

The location was excellent with just a few minutes walk to the beach, the unit was quiet, comfortable and very private. Lovely gardens to explore.

TV area could be a little more comfy

Great place to take a break. Pool was lovely with easy walk in access. Aircons cold and rooms were comfy. Nice path to walk to one of the nicest beaches in Townsville. Very good value for money.

The departure from Balgal Beach Units was the only thing we did not like lol. Who would want to leave such a scenic, relaxing, friendly environment.

We both loved everything, Including the lovely service, my partner highly recommended Balgal Beach Units as he use to come here a fair few years ago with his family and said it's just as peaceful and beautiful as it use to be. We will definitely be coming here regularly.

We had an amazing stay at Balgal Beach. It’s perfect for a family with the pool and beach very close. There is everything you need in the rooms and the BBQ area. Peter was a fantastic host and was happy to help at any point. We will definitely be back!

Bbq areas are provided, but car is needed for the nearest restaurant at the golf club. If happy to BBQ then it's perfect and everything is provided by hosts.

Clean apartment right on deserted sandy beach. Clean pool area. Peter is a happy and knowledgeable host, and the file in the apartment has so much information for your stay. Lovely little things included such as wash gel, free golf clubs, extra towels, Netflix. Attractions within driving distance such as big creek and frosty mango. It was just a lovely, relaxing, well looked after piece of heaven. Thank you.

Absolutely nothing.

The property was immaculately clean and had every option available, right down to slips in the information book to complete for feedback on anything running low or broken. The linen and towels were so luxurious. Impeccable detail. I wish I had some photos to add, but we were too busy relaxing. Peter bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A fantastic experience.
