We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The bali decor was lovely, particularly out in the courtyard and daybed in the entrance. Location is perfect - short stroll through the bush to the beach.

Bali at the Bay has the real authentic Balinese feel, setup for a quiet romantic stay or a family holiday with both indoor and out door entertainment areas. It is in a great location, easy walk to close beaches and shops.

Loved everything about this place! We felt like we were in Bali right from arrival! Grant was great! He called me a few days prior explaining everything and all the fun things there was for us to do! Honestly this is one of the best places ive ever stayed at! The outdoor jacuzzi was so good and the hammock as well was so fun and relaxing! The attention to detail was immaculate! Definitely reccomend Bali at the Bay!

Australianothing, this property is remarkable. it is a 2 min drive or 10ish min walk from shoal bay town but we had cars, bicycles and walked it without any problem. There is beautiful Nespresso coffees in the house so we didn’t even need to go out for coffee in the morning which is my usual requirement
This house far exceeded my expectations. Every little detail had been taken care of, the house was well built, beautiful, full of cute little details and the owner was absolutely lovely.

Australiano comfortable chairs to relax on all chairs were very straight backed and rigid especially outside no seperate shower, the spa bath made it hard for an older person to navigate cobwebs. and no screens on windows and doors
