Wish we stayed longer to enjoy the facilities!

We checked in late evening and the code box to retrieve keys was a breeze (easy email instructions). Blown away with the glamping tent - so spacious, clean and with all the facilities you require & pet friendly. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They have a securely fenced dog park to run the dog. Beautiful beach walking distance away and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and strong coffee to continue our trip to Brisbane. Highly recommend!

Struggled to find the cabin initially as we arrived in the evening, could do with more lighting around the park.

Staff were helpful and cabin was new so everything was fresh and in good condition.

Requested a late check-out, never got a response so rang the property manager in the morning to be told it was not possible, and would get charged if we stayed later so rushed to pack up, only to have the cleaner tell us we didn’t need to rush at all (note: resort was prob only 10% booked as it was during off season so it’s not like someone else was waiting for our accom anyways!) Very confusing instructions on how to get keys- actually listed to get in the wrong area! Also something that is out of resorts control but important if taking pets- resort is pet friendly (if booked correct accom) however can’t take dogs on the beach, so have to leave in tent or go to another beach

You would have to get on to a ferry to reach the area.

The tent is exceptionally setup with modern kitchen and bathroom! plus a dishwasher which is really great if you’re staying for a few days with family! This place is especially perfect if you’re after a no fuss-camping out feel in the nature by the beach!

The flyscreen door kept jamming, the bathroom barn door kept rolling open. The bathroom was a little small. The lighting in the kitchen was not sufficient the rest of the room was ok though. We haven't visited in 8 years but nothing new had been done other then accommodation added. There was not any extra play areas for the kids other then a little play ground, the pool or expensive trikes to hire. The cafe had not been updated, you used to be able to have a restaurant meal here. BBV sent so many messages via booking.com especially trying to sell expensive hampers.

The luxury safari tent was amazing, we had stayed in one elsewhere and this was 10x better. The beds and room was conformable. The varandah BBQ was fantastic. The room was very spacious. Kids liked the pool. Location to the beach is great. Tent was very comfortable even in wind and rain.

This accommodation is quite far from shops and Ballina we had to pay for a car ferry to and from the accommodation.

Fantastic! Reached all my expectations, clean, tidy, comfortable, close to ballina beach. Friendly and helpful staffs. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Ballina Beach Nature Resort. Highly recommend!

The Cafe staff . We walked in to order coffee and there was 4 staff. One lady said “ i can’t serve you.” No one helped us and we had no idea where or how we could order. Eventually the man took our order. But the cafe staff customer service needs improving

I had really wanted to book a glamping tent and that is what was shown on the website I booked on - Bookings .com. So I was dissappointed to find I was getting a cabin. But the cabin was nice and new so I was happy in the end. Will try the tent idea another time!
