Felt the bathroom needed some heating and extraction fan.

Kitchen and lounge area were lovely. Bed was comfortable. Liked the heritage house and felt it was well decorated. House was well maintained and well equipped.

Only negative... the property is close to a flying bad colony, so around dusk, they get a little excited, but seem to be quiet in the evening.

Our room (Dr Bracken suite #6) is the main house. So beautiful, large and luxurious. The attention to detail is amazing. We were just near the main kitchen with allowed us to make our own breakfast, and teas and coffee all day. The coffee machine make great caps. All in all, this is five star accommodation. One of the best king beds we've ever slept in with amazing pressed soft sheets...we need to find the brand of the mattress, so comfortable (we need one of these back at home).. not joking its that good). The shower is also fabulous. The gardens are well kept.

Superb attention to detail. Could not fault this accomodation. From quality accessories eg shampoo etc , good towels the attention to detail was fabulous and a real credit to the owners. We’ll be back.

The room was spacious and had everything we could have required. The bathroom was modern and clean, with great water pressure in the roomy shower. There is a beautiful communal lounge and spotless kitchen with a range of facilities. The garden views are lovely. A beautiful property, well placed for the interesting main street.

We stayed in the Miller apartment which has a lovely lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The bedding was superb and everything was of the finest quality. Will definitely stay again. Also loved the fact we had use of the 'big house' with full kitchen and comfortable lounging areas. The grounds are exceptional, very peaceful on the river - this is a wonderful property.

Internet was often unavailable in Bangalow generally, but the staff were lovely…..friendly and welcoming.

The staff getting back to you... left multiple messages on phone ..mobile ..and emails.. no response at all.. and there was no wifi as stated and that also caused us to not watch a show on netflix that we were excited to see together..

the bed was super comfortable.. lovely crisp sheets and ample pillows... bathroom was lovely.. excellent shower and the shower gel and shampoo were gorgeous..

Absolutely beautiful, historical guesthouse. Peaceful and spotless. Bed was the best I’ve slept in away from home. Will visit again and sad we only had one night there. Self check in and out was seamless!

Light switches in the Common room were damaged, so not aware they were working at first. Would have liked better clothes hanging facilities in the room - was a bit basic Coffee machine didn't seem to offer a Long Black option, so that would have been good or at least coffee sachets Some cookies to have with coffee would have been good also - similar to a motel

Security works well and pre-advice on the code via SMS was good

Close to the highway so a little road noise but did not bother us at all.

Well what a surprise package this was. Absolutely beautiful B and B. Beautifully decorated and with such old style panache. Soooo close to town and would have stayed longer if we could.

It has a shared kitchen and the facilities were exceptional. It lacked nothing. The room was clean the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Our only problem was the digital door lock did not work. We are arrived on a Sunday. Fortunately a member of staff was around who gave us a key and explained that a problem arose over the weekend and the repair service was booked for Monday morning.
