The garage parking with unit 6 was not suitable for an SUV. I had to park my Kluger on the inclined ramp to allow the doors to open. Should be OK for a small hatchback

The WiFi was too slow.

The rooms were so clean & well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb in every way and had the same consistency all days! They had all types of eggs, sausages, cereals, fresh juices, noodles, hashbrowns etc. Also, we loved the staff for being so friendly and nice. They always accommodated our needs whenever we asked for it. The hotel is located in the city center and it is close to everything around it. Overall, we loved our stay there and we would come back again for sure!

Hot water is hot but could have been hotter.

Lovely quiet location. Comfortable clean spacious unit larger than the average hotel had everything you needed fridge, microwave, oven. Spa was great. Brekky was included at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and well catered for. We had a bandicoot visitor in the front garden which was a delight to see.

Door locks. As the reception said because of child risk there were no locks. But when groups of friends stays together. For instance like us. We faced kinda odd or afraid feeling because hoping no one will come when we take bath n poop. Washing machine at apartment 2. We had difficulty washing our clothes as the washing machine was not working. We need to bring it to other apartment to wash.

The bed was very comfy but was cold. Disappointed we couldn't use the decking area for breakfast due to the condensation, mornings were perfect to sit outside.

Very clean, loved the under cover parking, very comfortable and shampoo etc was all supplied, breakfast was free with our booking and the lady in dining room was very friendly and loved the brekky food choices..

The wi-fi was absolutely awful, which I do not understand for such a developed country. I had t rely on my mobile data for a reliable connection. The apartment wifi kept dropping connection and was so slow, YouTube would stream at 360p and still pause for 5 minutes. Basic web browsing for work was also frustrating and slow. It was unusable. I've found this is an ongoing theme with these apart/hotels in Australia and is inexcusable in 2024, especially paying such a premium price. I'm not sure why Australia has such terrible IT infrastructure, but I have found more consistent broadband connections travelling through third-world countries. It's pathetic. If you are travelling in Oz for any extended period, I strongly recommend getting a data plan on your mobile and use that instead because the country still hasn't progressed much since 1995 when it comes to modem internet connections. I guess "broadband" is a misspelling of "dial up" in 2024 Australia. The mini bar - with extortionate prices - was also pointless and used up much of the fridge space, where you are more likely to store drinks for short stays... And yet all of the space is used up by the overpriced "minibar" drinks. This isn't well thought out and Banksia should just remove all items, it's not like you are 30+ minutes away from a shop where convenience then becomes the issue... A petrol station is a 5 minute walk away with cheaper drinks to purchase.

Very nice apartment. Great location. Comfortable and practical even for a longer stay though you will still be living out of your luggage case as there's basically no bedroom storage. Like most accommodation in Australia, it is not cheap. The (included) breakfast is excellent. Bathroom is spacious and everything you need is included: soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (which also smells really nice), washing powder, (and kitchen) washing up liquid and scourers. There are enough kitchen utensils to properly cook. Plenty of towels are provided. Aircon works well. Apartment remains warm during cooler nights. Parking is adequate unless you have a very large vehicle. The parking bay I had was tight enough that I parked outside of it, otherwise I could not open my door without it hitting the walls. Staff are friendly and professional. I would stay here again despite its hangups.

The entrance to our unit 10 carpark was very steep so it was rather difficult for us to reverse our car.

Wi-Fi connection was pretty ordinary I understand an upgrade is happening soon. I will check that this has occurred before booking again. Good quality, high-speed internet connection is important. Minor gripe, no marmalade at breakfast.

Good bed, good shower. Nice one-bedroom apartment with all the usual facilities. Excellent TV choices including streaming services. Very good breakfast buffet.

The WiFi is not good. This is the only drawback. All other things are gorgeous.

The house is large and all facilities are clean. Kitchen is great with gas stove, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle and so on. Two bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are TVs in the living room and major bedroom. There is also a garage just outside the house. A small playground with slides for kids is located in front of the house. We really enjoyed our time there. Besides, the location is also good. Easy to drive to anywhere in Albany. The staff are very nice. BTW, the free breakfast is great! Don’t miss it.

The front door lock was a little troublesome, but maintenance were looking into it. So no problem.
