We loved it all!

The property was just beautiful, from the scenery to the Farm animals, pool and Spa. Seeing all the Kangaroos jumping across the paddocks in the mornings and at dusk. The cottage was lovely, very country like and lots of room.

Nothing no negatives

From the moment you drove in, you felt relaxed. The cottages are amazing and well maintained and serviced. Alison went above and beyond for me and helped me out with suggestions on hikes and gave me an insight into not only Kangaroo Valley but the bushfires and how they bounced back. If you want to go away and totally relax then this is the place to go

Nothing- we would have loved to stay longer.

We loved everything about this trip from the camp fire being ready to go and garden seating area to the wonderful layout and comfort of Scribblygum Lodge. We loved seeing the kangaroos, wombats and wallabies roaming about, the useful information guide and the hospitality of the hosts. Such a nice feel to the whole space and so lovely to see how they have recovered after the fires.

I loved EVERYTHING 😍

100% recommend this place. I loved everything. Everything was perfect. Wombat cottage was marvellous, top class, totally met our needs, private, quiet, we barbecued breakfast lunch and tea, had a little music and a fire in the fire pit in the evening. This place is great for couples, friends, and families, has a great pool and spa, and has animals you can feed. And kangaroos do come bounding through. I can not say enough about this place. The hosts were friendly and helpful and kind. Do yourself a favour, give yourself a treat, visit Kangaroo Valley Banksla Cottages. One very happy lady 😊 Tina

The location was perfect for us as we had a wedding at Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat, which was literally on the same road. Alison was lovely and very helpful as the check-in instructions from booking.com were minimal which led to some confusion in the pitch black! The cottages are cute but a little dated and cold (although we went on a very cold night!) and the crockery was dirty. However they were very comfy and a great size for us. The beds were great and Alison kindly made up a second queen sized bed for us - thank you!

AMAZING! Recommend to absolutely everyone! This is in our top 3 places to stay at in our lives, worldwide! It's a combination of multiple aspects, that make this perfect! The location, the views, the huge amount of activities/facilities, the animals, but above all, how well It's kept and the hospitality of the owners. It's tranquil and peaceful, with amazing views, lots to do for both adults and kids. Everything has been thought out, with something for everyone - Pool, Spa, Table Tennis, Outdoor Games, Indoor Games, TV, Books, Farm Animals, Walking Trails etc. This will now be a regular holiday spot for our family!

Owner was rude and unprofessional

It would have been nicer if the onsite owners were a little more friendly or stopped to check how things were when I tried to say hi. Let yourself in and let yourself out, is so impersonal, and it didn't seem very friendly.

Kangaroo Valley is a lovely location and it was a relaxing , quiet spot. My kids loved spending time in the pool and learning to play ping pong in the Roo Bar.
