The unit was huge and well appointed. It had everything you could require. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment.

When I booked online I asked for 3 Queen Bedrooms and only got 2 and 1 with 2 single beds. No coat hangers in two of the bedrooms. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Only 4 coffee cups for 6 people. We had to buy 2 more and more coat hangers. The shutters were broken and when it rained the rain came into the Verandah and wet everything. The blind in the middle room was broken and wouldn't close. The lift was very tricky and we had trouble getting used to it. We didn't get our second car park even though I had especially asked for it and was told it had been approved. We were approached twice from other residents and asked to move our car, which was annoying.

The location was awesome. The apartment was beautiful. The ocean views were amazing. The beds were very comfortable.

Location to Beach , cafes and shops were a 5min walk away along the esplanade. Right opposite Golf Club, perfect location for golfers as the tee is right there. Put the car away and relax. Lovely clean pool, spa, gym, shower and bbq area. Half court tennis was fun with balls and rackets supplied, no serious tennis on this court though!! Management went over and above to meet our every need. Came for baby turtles night encounter as short drive to Mon Repos. Scored a 10 out 10 there with a clutch emerging as we arrived!!

Complex is a little outdated but still very comfortable. It was a very hot weekend so didn’t really sit out on the balcony as it was too hot.

Comfortable beds and furnishings. A good location within walking distance to shops, pub, park. good view of the ocean even though we had other unit blocks between us and the water, they actually blocked the hot morning sun which was good. Would stay there again if heading up that way. Pool was quite good too.

Spa operation hard to figure out first day then second day it was being repaired!! Also workmen used pool area for their lunch which made us feel a little observed. Slipped on wet patch on way into office when leaving, lucky I didn't injure myself

Great location with a lovely view. Plenty of space and only a short 5 min walk to the main shopping area. I would stay here again.

Only the lounge has aircon with the rest of the rooms with ceiling fans so was rather warm in the 2nd bedroom.

Room did not have single beds which was a little issue as we were travelling with a group of friends. However the staff helped with a work around. No air con in the bedrooms.

We found the accommodation so central to the shops and close to the beach. The king size bed was to died for and a spa and shower and wonderful views from the unit. we would go back again, also across from the golf club.

The dishes & cups were quite dirty when we arrived & we had to wash them all before using.

Our Apartment was a good size for the four of us & had everything we needed for our week long vacation. We enjoyed being close to the beach & lovely places to eat. The staff were thoughtful, helpful & really friendly.

There was a bit of wear and tear in the apartment, missing tiles and cracks apparent. The cleaning of the floors and bathrooms was not great - and the sheets had apparent mould/mildew marks in multiple places. On entry the third bedroom door was locked from the inside, but we were able to access this room via the second bedroom which shared a balcony. The master king bed was very well worn and we ended up rotating the mattresses due to the depression in both sides of the king single mattresses.

The location was spectacular, a short walk to the park and basin, and a comfortable stroll into the Cafe district in Bagara. We were on level one and had an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed with what you would like in a self catering kitchen, but bring a tea towel, cooking oil and salt and pepper.
