Very friendly and helpful staff, loved the welcome drink, cool private dining room upstairs separate to downstairs restaurant. Recommend eating dinner in the restaurant and get the crab cakes!

Beautiful property, the hostess was amazing and so friendly , simple but delicious continental breakfast of homemade incredible muesli, banana bread, muffins, coffees, juices, there was also fruit but it was gone by the time we turned up so replen on this could have been nice. Rooms are on the smaller side as it is and older converted house but still done beautifully loved the breakout spaces and zen vibe upstairs for the accommodation even though downstairs there was a great vibe restaurant and bar area. Friday night but the restaurant was still done by 10pm so it didn’t impact sound or sleep - just a delightful vibe! The sunset across the road was just magical

The shower screen had a small leak, not a major inconvenience.

The whole experience was wonderful, the rooms, the staff and the location were perfect. My bestie and I were there to celebrate our 50th birthdays and the staff made us feel very special.

We had the loft room which was very spacious and well decorated. My friends rooms were also well designed and comfortable. Breakfast in the private hotel area was lovely - complete with pet water dragon who makes an appearance for treats

No parking on site, council car park across the road but busy most of the time so hard to get a park. The room size was very small. Not enough floor space to put 2 suitcases down. Feels like whenever you book on Booking.com you get the dregs so far as accommodation.

The staff were amazing! So nice to get good service from all staff. The decor and styling was lovely. The food was a little pricey but standard was very high and very delicious.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Myself and my partner were extremely sore and had bad headaches from the pillows arching our necks.

Breakfast wasn’t the best part - very limited choice given what we paid for the stay. Hotel has a very homely feel and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming

Parking is a bit of an issue,but that's to do with the area. If you can, come by public transport or be prepared to park some distance away or pay a hefty sum to the council for their parking But don't let it put you off

My room was small but very comfortable, the staff were fabulous and quickly knew my name, carried luggage for me and were absolutely delightful. The restaurant served delicious food. Getting around without a car is easy with a bus stop right outside and the ferry over the road. Highly recommend

Windows need to be double glazed…… street noise at night very disturbing. Breakfast excellent except for the coffee. How about a capsule machine or maybe 2 when busy.

I LOVED the property and staff

It was such a beautiful, cosy room. I loved that it has an exclusive kitchen and outdoor area for guest to enjoy. The welcome mocktails where so refreshing! I will stay here whenever I am in the area every time.

The staff were so lovely and I really like the layout of the whole place. We felt so special in the loft and it’s huge, being brought a chilli Marg to your room when you arrive topped it off! Dinner was so good! Highly recommend
